We hired a large truck and 3 movers from ERO that day because we had a large move. ERO showed up with a small truck and the driver to move us. That’s it. Another mover showed up high on marijuana 2 hours later and left after 2 hours. My husband had to help unload and was upset because we paid for this move. Another mover showed up that afternoon and helped finish that load. This is the kicker: ERO told us they were not able to go to our home to complete our move. We were dumbfounded. We had to hire another mover that day to complete our move because we closed on our home and had to be out in 2 days. Thanks ERO for leaving us hanging.
WARNING!!! THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!. If I could give zero stars, I would do that. I don't know where they got the 4+ star reviews from but those reviews are likely fake. Look at the YELP reviews and there they have 1 star. I helped with my Daughter's move at the end of July. They refused to wrap the glass top of her $950 desk like we asked them to do (the previous movers did it this way). They ruined the top AND the legs of the 75" desk! It is not repairable the legs and frame are bent very badly. The heavy glass piece crashed into the wood frame and smashed it. They told us we had to pay the bill before they could file and insurance claim. That was a scam too! There was no insurance claim! No one ever came out to look at all of the damage. And, because we didn't have receipts there was no claim. The owner is very dishonest. They also backed their truck into a white sofa and left it dented with a huge black mark from the tires over the front. When we told the owner about it, he said the workers denied doing it so he would only believe them. The new neighbors also witnessed them backing into the sofa. When attempting to put a sofa in the house they put it upright and I saw them DRAG of the sofa across very rough concrete on the stoop and completely ripped the fabric of the arm and side. They also dragged furniture across a wood floor and left a large gash. There is no special care taken with furniture. They treat it all as if they are moving it to a junkyard. These guys were never trained in any aspect of moving furniture. The owner denies everything and is very rude.
We had ERO Moving in to clear some heavy items from our living room in preparation for a flooring installation. Angel & Gavin arrived and got the job quickly and professionally, including the last minute job of moving a piano to a new home. Great job, guys!
Workers caused significant damage to piano and hard wood floors while moving across entry hall. Thought they requested and I supplied pictures of damaged items, they then became unresponsive to all email and phone message communications.
The service of ERO Moving was excellent! Our 4-man crew had a big job moving our non-profit school and over 15 years worth of books, desks, tables, chairs, and many "odds & ends". My staff was so impressed with their professionalism and efficiency, that they commented to me (and the movers) several times throughout the day. Also, ERO's pricing beat out two other bids, and saved our non-profit a LOT of money! Highly recommended!
