The Eric Rose State Farm agency in Jefferson has been absolutely great to work with my insurance needs. Taylor Smith was very professional, great customer service and explained in details every question and concern I had. I was very confident to insure 3 vehicles and home with State Farm. Chase was a tremendous help. He was friendly and answered all of my questions. He never pushed the policy on me and respected the fact that I (initially) only wanted to get a quote. He did call for a follow up to let me know the rate he originally quoted had actually dropped. His customer service, along with the great rate he gave us, was a big factor in us switching our insurance provider to State Farm.
