Everyone was very nice here however, there were a number of things that rubbed me the wrong way.
Not much privacy whatsoever, the facility is very small. You might as well go alone because they require you be alone 97% of the time you're there. Really didn't like that, it me feel very uncomfortable and alone.
When meeting with a counselor I felt very backed into a corner when it came to getting on birth control.
Due to personal reasons I haven't ever been interested in it yet i was repeatedly urged to start some form of birth control that day. I consequently gave in and regretted it.
I felt that the counseling wasn't very thorough but that doesn't say much as it doesn't seem much better any place else. Also, no one even so much as mentions the emotional and mental truama that comes after terminating a pregnancy. Not something that happens to everyone, but certainly a possibility that everyone should be warned about. This is something I wish I had been informed about.
The policies aren't something the staff likely have control over, they themselves are wonderful. All that being said, I don't personally see myself ever going back if they can't be more accommodating. No person should feel alone when they are going through a very hard time.response / report this review -
