  I was building a new house in Rio Verde, on a 1/3rd acre lot. I needed a competent professional to not only work with me on the concept and design from scratch, but the large scale installation. I made some phone calls, and I was terrified by the incompetence and lack of purpose most landscape companies showed when I was describing what I was looking for. That was a job in the neighborhood of $100k.
  
  I luckily found Envirogreen on the internet, and their reviews were stellar. I got on their schedule and met with Grayson in August 2021, and we started working on the concept. After MANY revisions and changes, with no hesitation or delay on their part, we finally dialed it in. Sean also helped put my 3-D design together, which was spectacular. Perfect also for HOA submittal, which Envirogreen helped me with. Let's just say my HOA is not the easiest to deal with, and this design sailed right through.
  
  My house was completed in May 2022, and Envirogren was ready to go. Every day, 6 days a week for an entire month, the crew was on-site working their tails off in the summer heat. Crew Leader Abraham was phenomenal, and his crew are some of the hardest working guys I have ever seen. No standing around checking their cell phones here. Owner Grayson was out every other day to review the work with me and ask if I wanted anything done differently.
  
  The final product is phenomenal, and I could not be happier with the work that was completed in a timely and competent matter. I also felt their pricing was reasonable, and there was never any whining about supply chain issues or costs going up after the job was quoted. These guys are top-notch and I recommend them highly. In an environment of incompetent landscape contractors, these guys are worth the wait and the cost.

  Finished my 2nd backyard project with Envirogreen, about 2 years apart (split due to total price). Return customer says it all. Sean is great (as pointed out on other reviews) as he's honest, experienced, with a hardworking crew. Their model is to focus on your job, and your job alone when they start. They won't juggle your project with several others (which many contractors do, which leaves you with mixed days of work / no-work). Their crew starts and shows up everyday until it's complete. Between my two backyard projects, I started with a bare gravel backyard and ended with new sod law + sprinklers, 30 ficus trees privacy perimeter, large travertine pool deck/patio, custom BBQ, fire pit, pool remodel, accent lighting, and several other odds and ends. Your project will include a complete array of 3D rendered images during the planning phase, which helps immensely in visualizing your final product. Also check out their extensive + Yelp reviews.   We selected Sean and his crew to do a water feature for us. They were able draw up a plan for our patio that tied together the water feature, landscape lighting, plant materials, our firepit and barbecue. The construction was excellent, the staff worked hard, finished in a timely manner and cleaned up the site. Envirogreen also finished on budget. Basically, promises made, promises kept! Highly recommended.

  5 stars doesnt even come close to describe the work that Sean and his crew did on our backyard remodel!! Sean is an honest, hardworking, friendly and truthful good guy that you rarely find. He is smart and thoughtful and really listens to what you want from your project. His transformed our backyard which was a total wreck into a beautiful resort. We were blown away with the transformation - it has become our favorite family place. Envirogreen can meet you every need and then some --stonework, firepit, fireplace, landscape, artificial grass, rock, lighting, planting AND they will even design you any custom item you want like our beautiful need Bocci Court and Batting Cage. The sky is the limit!!! Sean will partner with you and deliver whatever you want. Sean is invested in your project as if it was his own home! He and his crew will be on the project EVERY SINGLE DAY until the project is done. They are responsive, super professional and reasonably priced. There is honestly no need to look any further for your landscape needs. You found the best when you choose to work with Envirogreen Landscape Design and build with Sean McLaughin as your partner in the experience. We cant say enough about this company and our amazing experience!!!!!

  I moved into a new build with a “blank slate” for a backyard in April 2016. I was looking for an environmentally conscious company to help design & install the landscaping (including the irrigation lines/timer/valve box). I interviewed 5 companies & ultimately chose Envirogreen for the following reasons: 1) the estimate was competitive compared to the other companies & in fact in terms of everything I was receiving was the most cost efficient 2) the warranty on shrubs/hardware was the best available 3) the owner, Gray.
  
  Gray really stood out from the competitors not only because he listened to my ideas/goals regarding design, but he was the only 1 I interviewed who took notes while I was speaking & actually took with him the rough sketch I had put together to put my ideas to paper. I am so happy I chose to work w/Gray. He has been such a pleasure to collaborate with & I am thrilled with the end result. Gray came up with an initial sketch & between the 2 of us, the final outcome was a wonderful combination of both our thoughts. If you’re not interested in having input with your design, Gray will take care of you. If you’re interested in it being more of a collaborative experience, you couldn’t ask for a better person to work with. He was very patient & detailed when addressing my ideas & answering my questions.
  
  The installation went smoothly, finished on time, & his crew cleaned up when done leaving my backyard looking ready for a photo shoot! There were a lot of little things in addition to what I’ve already mentioned that makes Gray & Envirogreen great to work with…he contacted Blue Stake for me; I bought solar lights (which didn’t require being hooked up to a box) & they installed those no charge for me; I wanted my cinder block wall painted - there was an additional charge for that, but they took care of it for me where most of the other companies interviewed would not do that; the final walk-through before planting; Gray thinking ahead to bring extra shrub options in case we needed to make any last minute changes; the training he gave me on how to operate my irrigation system. Gray is one of the most easygoing, thoughtful, pleasant people I’ve had the pleasure working with.
  
  My landscaping was installed in Sept 2016…the follow-up has been just as exceptional. Gray responds quickly to questions on how I should tweak my watering schedule as well as any other concerns I have. Replacing the 1 shrub I lost which was covered by warranty went smoothly. Gray & Envirogreen is not 1 to forget you as soon as your job is done. I would absolutely recommend Gray & Envirogreen to anyone looking for help with their landscaping.
