Very nice and clean cinemas with snack bar. Very friendly staff. This is my favorite place to see a movie. Big comfy chairs too.
Went with my husband last Saturday. Good movie. Comfortable seats.
Eh. They have shown inappropriate (scary PG) trailers for rated G movies. If the movie projector conks out and you don't get to see the ending, they issue you a "free ticket" which means that they don't value your time at all. Of course the very LEAST they could give you is the ticket since you didn't get to watch a full movie. It would seem they should give you a little more than that! The ads before the movies are way too loud. And there are no healthy-oriented snacks to choose from. The last I can understand--typical movie theater but the rest just shows a lack of concern for customer service. I do not tend to give low star reviews at all (check out my other reviews) which I think shows how disappointed I have been in this theater. On the plus side, the parking is decent. And the movie selection is decent. Maybe they will improve?
Great clean multi theater experience for small town. I want to give extra props for their early (pre-noon) shows. This is so fantastic! I wish they would do an early weekday show so I could sneak in a show every once in a while before school pickup. Also the theaters are always nice and clean and don't have any weird smells. The patrons are generally well behaved and the sound is excellent. One caveat- layer up! It seems to get increasingly cold as the movie goes on. I don't know if that's true or it's just because you spend so long sitting but you will want to bring a jacket of some sort.
Love this theater! It is located in a very nice location with plenty of restaurants around if you would like something to eat beforehand. It is usually not crowded when I go here. There are plenty of games to play while waiting for your movie. The staff is helpful and nice.
Serviceable theater. If you want to see a blockbuster on the big screen, I'd wait until you get home.
Clean, staff is always nice, lots of parking a solid location.
Clean. Good staff. Good crowd. Seen 'IT' at 7:00 opening weekend and the crowd was respectfull.
Close to Narragansett Pier nice place for rainy afternoons or after dinner shows
We love the idea of not always having to choose a "Showcase" Movie, but a close by cinema to entertain us!!
Screens are a bit dated but besides that they've got great prices and helpful staff.
I've been to this theater several times and the last time I went was the final straw. The screens are smaller than what I've become accustomed to in standard theaters, I've never had a comfortable seat, no matter which theater I find myself sitting in, and the last time I went there was a problem with their system and it was cash only. Now, there's nothing wrong with cash only, unless you're like most people these days and don't carry cash. At least put a notice up on your site or something that alerts people. Thank God we had happened to go to an ATM to get cash for a purchase earlier that day and had cash, because we would have been furious at having driven all the way to the theater and had to leave. We decided we would not be returning to this theater again and instead drive further away to Warwick or Newport.
This is usually were I go to the movies. The staff there are always friendly and the theaters are clean. Fellow movie goers are mostly always considerate. Prices are what you expect these days at a movie theater. Stadium seating makes for an enjoyable watching experience and their heating and cooling works like it should which can be a problem in some other theaters.
