  Absolutely amazing service! From the easy booking with Maria to the amazing Chauffeur Kevin. I can’t say enough positive things. He was early for pickup and was so open to our change of plans due to part of our group having a flight delay coming home. He just kept saying no big deal at all, I am here to make your night great. We had an absolute perfect evening. The Splinter limo was extremely clean and everything worked great! Couldn’t believe how well the AC worked in a van like that. Highly recommended them and will always use them for any limo services we need.

  If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I needed a limo service to celebrate my sis in law's birthday and I'll just say I am glad I did my homework first. I called a few other limo services in the metro ATL area and wanted to use a company that actually owns the vehicles, not a broker. I came across Empress Elite and after reading their website and speaking with Maria (owner)- I was sold with these guys. We're talking top notch service, awesome driver, and exceptional rates. We had multiple set times for pick up through the evening and our driver was always a minute or so early. They're on it! I rented the Mercedes Sprinter and that my friends, was an excellent choice. This sprinter was very clean, comfy, bar, entertaining lights, and most important..the AC was nice and COLD! Two thumbs up for this company, I would definitely use them again. If you're looking for limo service, look no further. Use Empress Elite Limo service! Seriously, you will not be disappointed.

  Empress Elite is the best! The service was impeccable and professional. Our driver, Rick, was a charm and such a pleasure to work with. We were kept well informed of every detail during our clients' transportations during the evening. Empress Elite will be my first choice for any future events.

  This is the second time we rented a limo from Empress Elite Limousine. This time it was for prom. Everything went smoothly. Tony, arrived early to pick up and arrived at all locations on time. Kids said he was great and he made it easy for them to communicate where they would be picked up at the end of the evening. The limo was perfect. Will definitely use this service again and highly recommend to anyone who needs a car or limo service. Thank you Tony and Maria!!
