To say the Cruz Law Office team was stellar would be an understatement! My husband and I navigating a frightening experience found much comfort with this team as they never failed to provide great information, guidance, and reassurance. Their big smiles, work ethic, and perseverance is truly admirable . I’m truly appreciative of their strenuous efforts to fight for our family so passionately. Again, thank you x a million.

The clerks at the front desk really bring the place down. We have been trying to find out how much left we owe and I guess that is not something the staff are equipped to handle. Every time my wife calls we get a "I will get back to you later today". Later today never happened. We asked 3 months ago in person, my wife asked again on the phone a week ago, and again today. Later today I will update this review to.

I have been reading a few reviews on this attorney, it seems that when the attorney sees no potential on any case he tries to get them out asap. which i can understand. People attorneys are busy i have dealt with attorneys for a long time. some charge you $150 I've paid $300 for a 5 minute meeting I SAW A REVIE COMPLAINING ABOUT PAYING $90 they almost never call you back you have to call them, also you have to do most of the work gathering papers and information THEY DO KNOW HOW TO CHARGE. i had a relative go see him and he gave me good answers on my brother's case so we will see how it goes from here. so far so good. I will keep you posted

Good location. Small parking lot but so far I have always been able to find a spot. If you don't you have to park in meter spot. Clean inside and out. Nice and quiet. They provide a snack room with vending machine. Locked bathrooms so that only clients can use.
