Empathy Care is a 5 star home health care agency . I recently came out of the hospital, they provided me with exceptional care. I recieved superior physical therapy at home. Staff was very caring.

My wife has been an EXTREMELY SATISFIED client of Empathy Care for the past 2 1/2 years.Empathy is CARING, PROFESSIONAL DEPENDABLE & RESPONSIVE during this difficult & trying time in our lives.Their entire staff, Care Givers, Nurses, Management & Support Staff have been a joy to work with. Our SINCERE THANKS & APPRECIATION to all of them.

The Empathy Care aides have been outstanding. Both of my parents started out with 24 hour home health aides. They followed my stepfather to assisted living and were invaluable keeping my mother updated on his condition when she could not visit. As my mother's health failed, they were with her at home and through all of her hospital stays. Without these aides, neither of my parents would have been able to stay in their home for as long as they did, and neither would have been as well cared for in each medical facility. These aides are truly kind and caring people. They are a huge help and comfort to me now that my mother is in hospice. On the management side, Carol has been communicative and caring. She answers all questions and updates me continually. I can recommend Empathy Care without reservation.

From the aides to the support staff, everyone at Empathy Care is wonderful. They have provided home health care for both my mother and father at separate times and made them feel loved and cared for when in their home. There is no other agency I would recommend when needing someone to take care of members of your family.

Empathy Care provided outstanding care for my mother. They have deep respect for the individuals they work with and is evident in their attentiveness to what helps in one's self esteem in concert with getting better and stronger. They always find meaningful ways to make sure of proper physical care and self-image is attended to. It was important for me that they kept me informed of any and all changes and challenges. They provided me detail and attention even as a partner in advocating for the best possible care. I have always wanted my mother to be happy and safe - Carol and team made that happen in addition to the beginning a wonderful and trusting friendship. They promote a sense of independence and security. It’s wonderful mixture of problem solving and generosity. In addition to their personal attention, they are able to serve as a great resource for services, experiences and ideas. Empathy Care went far beyond their expectations to provide care.
