Great work! I hired EMJ to deep clean prior to giving birth. They were able to clean my bunny's cage for me for an additional fee. I also added on the oven cleaning and my oven looks significantly better! It took about 3 hrs to clean my 800 sqft home. I was impressed with their services.

They are great company. I have used them for several years for my rental property as well as for my primary residence. I have never been. I'm happy with the service that they have provided and I will continue to use them going forward. I have also referred them to my daughter's home and other friends for work.

Overall, they did a very good job. My apartment is pristine and they even reorganized the rooms and closets in varying degrees that makes them look much nicer! The cleaning professionals I talked to were very friendly and kind, but didn't speak a lot of English which made some communication difficult. The individuals I spoke to over the phone, including Jose, were very polite, friendly, and courteous as well - this company knows about customer service! I'm really happy with the work done and it was worth every penny I spent. I'll definitely call on them again when I need their services.

I hired this company to do a deep cleaning of my home. I was due to give birth at any moment & couldn’t clean my house like usual. I communicated I wanted a thorough cleaning of baseboards in the home. I paid $230 for a deep cleaning and don’t feel like the job was worth the money. The ladies showed up on time and were very nice. However window sills and the baseboards weren’t cleaned thoroughly as expected. I pointed the baseboards out and they told me they couldn’t clean them better. It appears they just rubbed a damp rag over them and whatever didn’t come off, simply didn’t come off. I offered them bottled waters and they left them in the sink instead of discarding in the trash. I also read they would load the dishwasher. I had minimal dishes but they were left in the sink as well. Overall, it was a lackluster experience and below my expectations of what a deep cleaning should be.
