My boyfriend and I are dual military. Both of us had to leave town for separate obligations and so we decided to board our 6 month old puppy. The only place with an opening was here. We requested him to have his nails trimmed as he is black and squirmy and I'm afraid to cut them too short. We also requested and paid extra for him to be let out to play with other dogs for "doggy day care." My boyfriend picked him up today and the staff was incredibly rude. He had clearly not had a bath or his nails trimmed. They did refund the money for the bath and nails after my boyfriend argued with them. The poor little guy was absolutely traumatized and scared. He was also incredibly thirsty when he came home and has had very little bowel movements which is unusual for him. He came home with more food in his tub than expected. We do not believe he was let out all weekend either for the doggy day care he paid extra for. This is the worst vet clinic we have had the displeasure of working with. I do not recommend this place in fact I will tell all my friends and coworkers to NEVER give this place business.

Disappointed with my experience here. Called ahead for a walk in toe trim. Front desk staff was rude, matter-of-fact, slow to upload my dogs information and I waited for 25 minutes while 4 staff members were behind the desk and one sweeping the floor. They didn't take my dog until I finally asked "how long is this going to take?" Many staff members went over to other dogs in the room and were petting and chatting with the owner while I was waiting for my simple trim. I will not be going back here. Ever. Too chaotic, unorganized and non-chalant about my dogs needs.

The staff is friendly and compassionate. Doctors are very nice and the prices are affordable. Not your typical gouging prices place. Only thing that could make it better is if it had a military discount or multiple pet discount. Still great prices though. One time I didn't have enough to pay for a euthanasia that needed to be done asap and they were kind enough to let me pay half then and the rest when I got paid next. No other vet would do that. These people are a true blessing

Highly recommend taking your animals to another facility. The only time I boarded my dog, he suffered from extreme dehydration and lethargy that required me taking him to another vet and he was treated for kidney injury secondary to dehydration. I have boarded him several times at multiple facilities and never had an issue. Whatever happened to him there caused him to be anxious, shake, and yipe in his sleep for several weeks. Fortunately, I found companion animal Hospital and couldn't have been more pleased with the service and care they provided my pet. I cannot comment on the vet care provided by Dr. C, but I do have friends that have been very pleased with his surgical work and bedside manner. Regardless, I encourage you to find another place to board or groom your animals.

We brought our kitty here because they did the neuter on him prior to our adoption from SOCKS. When we took him in for his second visit, they were very busy. A tech came out after we sat there for an hour and asked to take our kitty to a room. We handed him over, thinking we would be joining him in a moment. HOWEVER, they never came to get us, instead brought our kitty back to us after about 20 minutes. Our kitty was in complete shock. Shaking and quivering with dilated pupils. They took it upon themselves to take our kitty to the back, give him his shots and the examination with out our presence and it scared him silly. It took him a few days to recover, and we were NOT happy. We thought we would give them one more chance, so the next time we went, there was no way in hell I was going to let that happen again and sure enough, when we got there, the tech tried to take him from us like last time. I said HELL no, we want to be with him. It seemed like it put her off that we wanted to go. We got in the room and a tech came in to give him his shots ( he was terrified) I am sure from his last visit. The tech was cold and very unfriendly.. Today, I called them to tell them we are moving on to another vet! I NEVER in my life had a vet take one of my pets from me to do shots and exams when I was not present in the room. To me, that is animal cruelty. Our pets are frightened enough with out having to be taken away from their stability. Worst experience EVER
