This place would rather hire someone with a criminal record and felonies instead of someone fired for 2-4 oz of 3.2% beer cooler. Plus, the person that wouldn't be hired stole only $20 worth of stuff. Clean criminal record and no substance abuse record and still gets into an argument with the manager because he decides to listen to an assistant manager at Walmart than do a full investigation! Why bother doing job search there? They're so judgemental!

As long as you need manual labor that's all this place is because the factories have such a high turn over rate they don't have the time for rotating door employees. Of course you can get a job.. They place you where they want you but don't tell you all options.

Brother took his life a day before my b-day after funeral came back . Had two beers with dinner before . Got to my work area boss said smelled like beer gave me breathlizer bibles like .004 can legally drive. They new my brother died Honda wants to keep pay low by keeping revolving door they don't care about you. Elwood don't care about you they care about Honda paying them. Called. Called Elwood next day told them while story but they didn't care . Put me on probation so now won't help give me a job .

I worked for Elwood in 2015, I was on assignment at Honda. It seemed hopeful when I was being told by Elwood that I'd most likely be hired on at Honda within a year & that was very doable. After I started at Honda I was talking to other Elwood employees & found out that it would be at least 2 years before I was even going to be considered for employment. The Next problem is have Elwood is that they act like they own you while they are getting on average 3 dollars every hour off of your hardwork, they should be thanking you instead of owning you!
