Terrible communication with clients. Our application was closed, and they had no idea. We had to reinstate the application ourselves and then let them know. May have been easier to submit the application ourselves. The fee was outrageous for the service we've received. The application has not even been submitted successfully as of today and it has been over 3 years now. Please do your self a favor and choose a different attorney if needed.

They'll take your money and forget about you. No updates, they're never in the office and if they are they don't answer their calls. So glad the case is at its end so my family can be done with them.

Horrible Service! I had a consultation with these people in March paid the consultation fee($110)then paid another $490 April 1st 2022 I received 1 email from the Paralegal (Cynthia Pareda) assigned to my case on April 11 after I explicitly asked to be contacted by phone. I replied to the email and waited over a month before contacting the office and inquiring. I was told by the receptionists that they would relay my message to my Paralegal again I waited towards mid May I arrived in person to dismiss them as my legal counsel and talked with possibly the only competent person there the Supervisor on the phone days afterward because neither her nor my Paralegal worked that day so I wasted money on parking in Chicago for nothing since Google had their office labeled as open and for all intents and purposes they were open. The supervisor refunded the 490 bit said they could.npt refund the 110. Wasted months here away from my wife trying to get her papers for nothing

They are very good lawyers, but, the lawyers I got, Davina Campos and Mauricio Loredo (are very good) but I just got an email saying not to call 4-5 times, that it’s not necessary,. That really did not seem appropriate to me. For starters, they can go months without hearing anything from me, I only get in contact when we get updates. This time, I really needed some information that I wasn’t given in time, which is why I called 4-5 times, I ended up calling the consulate and got the information from them because it was urgent. They charge a lot just for their office for them to say that to me. The email mentioned how they always get back to me, and I have examples of how that was untrue. One being from this week , I sent an email two days ago and no response , but from the one I sent today, I got a response. And one I sent one month ago also regarding very important information has no response. Like I said , very good lawyers but that just seemed very unfair for them to say to me.
