  I came in detangled, they tore through my hair with the blow dryer, knotted it up then ripped out chunks of it while braiding. Detangled my hair with a FINE TOOTH COMB. Never again

  I keep giving this place chances but this is the last straw.. I made an appointment and showed up 10 mins before.. The braider was not there… an hour went by and nobody has showed up..
  
  This is the 2nd time this has happened.. save yourself a headache and go somewhere where they actually care about your time.

  Horrible job. All the pics are fake. I got knotless with a bunch of knots. I went home and everyone said it was not good. $250 down the drain. I'm too embarrassed to wear it out.

  Nacho is amazing! I have NEVER had a person braid my hair and it felt like I had a fresh relaxer/wash and go. Absolutely NO tension! If you are looking for a down to earth, free and friendly spirit to transform your hair you can find her at 5959 Westheimer.
