    I bought a Groupon for the Diamond interior and exterior detail for a car and I was extremely pleased with the results. I did have to schedule a month or two in advance of the appointment, but that didn't bother me. They did a great job with my car, it looked brand new. It was even better than I had expected. I definitely recommend their service, with or without a Groupon.

    When you buy a groupon you should be able to use it, Otherwise don't sell the groupon. It's unacceptable to sell a groupon and then not be able to use it when you have open spots.

    I had my daughters car detailed. They did an amazing job. I recommend calling before purchasing a Groupon. I did not use a Groupon I'm so pleased with the results.

    I bought a Groupon for Elite Auto Detailing hoping to get an interior-cleaning service. However, after countless phone calls (to both locations) and email, I could not get ahold of someone to make an appointment. I ended up trading my voucher in for different company in the area (who, by the way answered on the third ring!).

    To Ryan Nordman: you may offer the best car detailing work, but it means nothing when a buyer is met with poor customer service. If you have a high volume of calls, might I suggest hiring a receptionist so you can properly handle the scheduling of appointments. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

    They did a fantastic job on my filthy van. I would definately return. I was impressed that the iPad and nitendo ds my kids left under a seat were in the front of the van when I picked up. Neither probably has huge value but I'm sure some and I appreciate them not being taken.

    I was nervous after reading the other reviews. Yes it's true they don't answer the phone. I emailed after calling for a few days and was able to book my appointment.

    Used a Groupon to get my entire Equinox tinted, the windshield brow as well. Calling and setting up the appointment was easy, you have to pay extra for 20% tint and $40 to add the brow. The tint itself is great and the guy that did it was awesome. I had my car previous to this and it wasn't close to this good.

    The one thing I would caution is that my brow was way too low, almost a third of the windshield was covered. I took it back and they fixed it how I wanted for free. If you are getting the brow done make sure to go over with him, how far down you would like it.

    I used a Groupon to get an exterior detail done on my Audi. While I think they did an OK job with the detail, I can't recommend this place at all. Nobody picks up the phone, which doesn't exactly inspire confidence in a business. It was also incredibly difficult to schedule an appointment within any reasonable time frame. I bought my Groupon late April and couldn't get a date until June - and that's including trying to get it done on a weekday!

    Making an appointment was easy and service time was a lot faster than anticipated. I purchased a Groupon and paid extra for darker tint than 35% allowed. My main issue or problem with the shop was no one advised of initial care for tint (i.e. don't roll windows down for 24-48 hours). Front driver side upper left corner pulled away from window & to fix shop used an X-acto knife to trim.

    I received a Groupon for a Diamond package at Elite Auto Detailing as a birthday gift over the winter and scheduled a spring detail in advance to take care of the inevitable road salt and street grime that gets all over the exterior and interior of the car. On top of that, I had significant amounts of dog fur that built up over the years due to my puppy's love of car rides.

    After one day with Elite my car looks and smells amazing (legitimately better than when I drove the car fresh off the lot four years ago) and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very pleased with my experience, will be sending others their way.

    You get exactly what you pay for. Groupon in cleanings and window tinting a have been excellent. 4th car I've taken there. Never been disappointed. Will go back again soon.

    I bought a used car a couple months before I came to Elite Auto Detailing. I saw a Groupon for an interior cleaning and the quality of the service I received was great. My car had a few coffee stains, shoe scuffs, and dirt marks on the passenger side and in the back seat that were my main concern. Not only did the steam cleaning eradicate those marks, but my dashboard and windows were left in a far better condition than when I initially received the car. I will be returning for an exterior cleaning once winter is over.

    i purchased a Groupon for window tent. I had to call over 5 times to get a person on the phone. They have answering machine but don’t waste your time leaving a message. It will not be returned. I left 2. My appointment was at 2:30. I dropped my car off on time. The nice lady told me it would be done by 5 and she would call if it was going to be later. I didn’t receive a call so I arrived right before 5 to pick it up. My car hadn’t been moved from where I parked it. I had to wait another 90 minutes for it to be completed. I understand running late but over 3 hours late seems ridiculous. They should probably restructure their appointment scheduling process. I asked for a pretty dark tent so I was not visible through the windows. The lady explained I would have to pay extra. I was fine with that. She told me 20% was the darkest they could go and the next step down would be limo tent. While I wanted 90 minutes, I figured out this was not true. I could have gone to 15% and then the next step would be limo tent. Not only was my time wasted due to their poor scheduling but they also told me incorrect information. I will not be back.
