The worst of the worst, it took them more than a month to approve my account they sent some one to take pics of my store to make sure my business is real, after that they sent me $900 machines very bad quality when I realized that most of card is not working. the worst experience I have ever had.

The staff and the variety of services offered to meet different business requirements. To save money, our business National Parachute Ind., Inc. needed to change how we process credit cards. Through the help and advice of the staff (Julie) at EMS we changed from using a terminal to an online system successfully. Julie is friendly, responsive and professional. She reminds us and guides us every year through the PCI Compliance Manager to Re-attest Compliance. Her expertise is very much appreciated.

EMS has been wonderful to work with. Our original merchant service co was less than desirable in all areas. Julie, our EMS rep, has gone above and beyond to follow up, lower our rates, and answer questions swiftly. I highly recommend you give them a chance to earn you business.
