Not very happy. Paid for an interior complete detail with shampoo--had to go back and ask them to vacuum out the center console, and they still only vacuumed out the top section. Ceiling had marks, visors weren't cleaned, and the doors were maybe dry dusted. Seats were shampooed well, but soap was left on the back seat and now there are big white marks. I had purchased this car from someone with a child and wanted and expected it to be completely cleaned at the price of 90 dollars. Oh, well. Lesson learned. Taking it to Humboldt Mobile Detailing back home to have it done expertly for the same price. Trust me, it's worth the drive.

After paying almost 16 dollars in quarters to wash my truck at the electric car wash, I decided to give el estero a chance. Glad I did. Only a few dollars more and my truck looksz amazing.

I feel like I just got ripped off and that's the only reason I am writing this review because I'm not the type to complain.
First off I took my Tundra to wash. They tagged a hidden charge on my receipt.i purchased these Gold. I guess it's not worth its weight but my car must be because they charged a fee because apparently a truck is over-sized. Considering the interior cab is small that makes no sense. The receptionist had no answer so I just swallowed it with he hope that their work would be be impeccable because according to their wall they have been the 'best car wash for twenty years'. I get the truck back in five minutes. And let me tell you it looked like my dog washed the car. I had to ask them to vacuum it again. I live in SF and the place I go to charges 40 percent less and dresses the whole car and interior with armor all and takes their time cleaning my car. They washed my car in two minutes and handed me the keys and said thank you for letting us steal your money. The wheel dressing they claimed in Gold was water that wicked off.
Don't go here. And to top it off, I found out they had coupons on line which would have still have me pay nearly 30 bucks for a 2 dollar car wash the Chevron would have done for me. Pathetic excuse for a car wash. No pride and dignity in the pricing/quality.
Next time I'll go to Del Rey in Seaside and save twenty bucks and have my car actually washed properly.response / report this review -

Very disappointed. This was my second time using this car wash. The first time, they did a good job Maybe because I bought a more expensive package that included the interior? This time, I chose their exterior "special" ($19.95 for $16.95). When my name was called, I was escorted to my car and upon sitting in the driver's seat, I noticed that the windshield looked very dirty. Like it hadn't been cleaned above and below the wiper blades.
The manager explained it was from water spots that would never come off unless I got the car detailed. Meanwhile, a worker began using his cloth to clean around the edges and it improved. (Supposedly, they added a RainX treatment to the windshield and the car body, but from the feel of the paint, I question whether it was actually addedor if the car actually was cleaned with water and products at allmaybe just wiped down with dry cloths?)
I went to the cashier to ask for my money back. The owner, who was on the phone escorted me to my car. I explained that the worker had since wiped around the edges of the windshield and there had been some improvement. He said I had water spots, he'd give me my money back, but never to come back again with a sneer on his face. WOW! (Guess he was having a REAL bad day!)
Why have I never had these mysterious "water spots" (right after a car wash)??? Or, come out of a car wash with them framing my windshield? Welcome to the car wash that reprimands the customer for pointing out faulty work. Go at your own peril.response / report this review -

Their speed sacrifices attention to detail. I purchased the platinum and it looks like the inside wasn't even vacuumed. I'll consider other options next time. Definitely not worth > $30.

I've been here a few times. The employees are nice and the service is pretty quick but I have never been impressed with the results. Always rushed to get cars in and out as fast as possible. These pictures would be reasonable to me for a $7-10 auto car wash but I expected a little more for $20.

I've been a loyal customer for the past 10 years but after today, I will not be back! I got the headlight restoration service, which ended up scratching my brand new front bumper that I got recently installed on my car. I got the gold package wash service as well and they didn't do a great job cleaning my car. It still had bird poop on different spots. Their prices keep on going up but unfortunately their services​ keep on getting worse. It's sad to see how this business has become!

Best car wash on the central California Coast and, in my opinion, better than any car wash I have visited in the San Francisco Bay area. Very competitive (meaning low) pricing and a true hand car wash inside and out. Your car will look better than ever!
