I must compliment the person that came out and gave me the estimate. Jason Shawn. He was very good, very knowledgeable and he did his very very best to make sure I got a good deal and everything was set up properly for the installation.

The two installers that came out to install my new heat pump were excellen. They kept me informed and they did a magnificent job installing the heat pump.

I highly recommend this business if you want to replace your AC/Furnace system. John from this company not only came in very competitive he also was the only dealer that I got estimates from that itemized the estimate and reviewed them line by line with me. This gave me choices of not only systems but also work that needed to be done. When installation time came he was there to help with the install and guide the team to do exactly what we had discussed. Thier work was meticulous and clean. They beat all the quotes from the big box stores by 25%. I would definitely use this company again.

Our AC went out and they scheduled us for a repair in one week - during a busy heat wave. The next day they called because they had some cancellations and were able to get out to us sooner, which we really appreciated. The person who came out, Jim, was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to replace a part and get our system back up and running. I will definitely call them again if needed.

Efficiency Heating and Cooling gave me the best estimate of three companies, the best equipment for the price and the best installation specialists in the business. Thank you Walter and Damien for the excellent installation of my new furnace and air conditioner. These gentlemen were courteous, diligent and knowledgeable. Both of them answered my many questions with great patience. They both worked non-stop for a day and a half and had a superior work ethic. Thanks again to Walter and Damien!!
