My visit to Edmundson was a positive experience. Ron in Sales and Shane in Financing answered my questions in a friendly and professional way. They carefully considered which RV would be right for me with my budget in mind. I'm looking forward to working with Edmundson in the near future.

Pretty much acted like we were bothering them. Laughed at a question about pricing that was completely reasonable based on visits to other dealers.

Went to look for an RV. Explained I already purchased one at another lot but might buy here. I found one that I might be interested and explained that my wife will have to approve. They wanted to work out a price and so I discussed this. They told me that if I wanted the unit, I needed to put $1000 down and if my wife didn't want it, they would refund the money. I came back the next day and they would not give the money back after the wife stated she didn't like it. They did nothing and took $1000 from me. Wouldn't trust them to buy a lug nut. BE WARNED.

We are traveling in our MH and lost hot water. After calling the big box Camping World Indy store and being rudely rejected (even though we have been long standing CW customers, bought our MH from them, and have their Extended Warranty Agreement).
So, we took a chance and called Edmundson RVA in Edinburgh. Explained situation to Andy (Service Consultant). He called me back and stayed the Service Manager said they could help us out and to come to shop next morning. Upon arrival next day, Carson (Service Consultant) and David (title unknown), immediately tackled our problem.
Today their team installed the necessary part, they ordered overnight, and we were completed as promised.
I must also add compliment to the Good Sam Extended Warranty Agreement folks at Assurant (Raymond from St Petersburg FL) for expediting our claim and effecting approval and guaranteed payment within 48 hrs to Edmundson.
In essence this is a superb dealership with fantastic, professional, team members. We definitely recommend this company and will most assuredly take our MH to them for scheduled service when in area. THANK YOU EDMUNDSON RVresponse / report this review -

We went in looking for a travel trailer. I told the gentleman we weren't interested in a fifth wheel or a pop up. He still kept trying to show us fifth wheels and asked me if I was sure I didn't want a pop up. I for about the tenth time said no and I told him we were going to continue looking and were going to check out camping world in Greenwood. He said we call that place WalMart. So we went to "WalMart" and I told the salesman Bill what we were looking for. I told him the same thing no pop ups or fifth wheels he said that's fine and those two types of trailers were never mentioned. We weren't pressured to look at anything we didn't want to see and ended up purchasing a very nice unit from Camping World. So thanks for sending us north to "WalMart".

Had a great experience every time we went there. Knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Not pushy or anything. Explained everything at pickup and offered to explain again. Plus they can store them too!

We took our 2007 Winnebago in for repairs last month. In addition to the usual maintenance, we needed extensive work done on the water system.
The work was done on time and for a bit less than the original estimate.
The communication was excellent throughout. All of our questions and concerns were addressed.

It was like going to a relatives house they listened to what we wanted and they were very helpful and were so nice not pushy at all. They showed us around and around a second time they gave us time alone to talk things over offered a place to do this offered drinks and snacks. The experience was truly amazing. And you must try their BBQ sauce and other jarred items taste like home canned delish. Thank for helping us find our home Don and Ethel

At first seamed friendly and a nice dealer, but didnt care that the used modeles did not have prices listed (that I was able to see) got in one model and about fell through the floor another one the soap holder was either really dirty or growing a science project (moldy) either way was gross highly unlikely to go back.

Salesmen were friendly and helpful. They explained all of the plus and minus to the different units that they had. Pricing was excellent. My only issue is with the "final" meeting with the "Wizard" behind the closed door. You were invited in and he tried to up-sale on warranty, RV cover, etc. When we were not interested we were quickly removed from the room and the door was shut right behind us. He seemly like a typical used car salesman type and kind of ruined the purchase experience. Up until that point everything was 5 star
