Very nice hotel room and views were nice. Cabana boys and girls were very nice and quick to set you up at the beach or pool. The lobby is a bit outdated. Right next to FountainBleu hotel. Very close to downtown Miami. They have Nobu Restaurant downstairs and food was good there.
Friendly and attentive staff. Nice overall ambiance on the property. More of a family place than Fontainebleau next door. Not a big night spot by comparison. Very trendy and relaxing atmosphere with easy access to all amenities and beach. 4 or 5 large pools on property. First class beachside relaxation. Everything was relatively inexpensive for Miami. Great sense of history here mixed with the Contemporary and Art Deco themes. I would go back again and again.
Hotel was very accommodating, upgrading me to a brand new room with an ocean view without even asking. Also the ladies at the front desk in the spa area, specifically Simone & Anna were great- both very helpful! The gentleman in the locker room also was very professional and welcoming, remembers you day to day and helped to make sure you had everything you need at all times.
Had a wonderful weekend here. Service was great, room had a nice balcony and ocean view, bed in the middle of the room facing the ocean with a large open bathroom and jacuzzi tub. We ate at Nobu and the beach/ poolside restaurants. Great food and quick service. Beach chairs are very comfortable, towels are great, a really lovely place, hope to come back.
Amazzing beach service!!! Truly exceeded my expectations. Ralph went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed the whole time we were at the beach. He was super friendly and quick to get us chairs. Definitely recommending to friends and family!
Place looks dated as it tries to bank on its former glory. Drinks were overpriced but properly mixed. Ambiance could be improved with a more updated decor. It was worth checking it out though!
This place is the best . I'm so happy with the service and the people. I will recommend it to anyone to go to this hotel. The pool and the drinks are amazing. I made my reservation with Raul. Best customer service ever.
Visited as a Festival guest. The Resort has lots of wonderful amenities such as beautiful decor, super friendly staff throughout, full Starbucks counter, Spa, Restaurant, multiple ballrooms, multiple pools and bars, direct beach access, comfortable and inviting seating areas inside and outside throughout with nice views. Truly worthy a visit with family and friends. The staff and service helped make this a success by keeping the water stations and area around them clean and constantly refreshed with cold water throughout. They helped with directions and Insight on the surrounding areas and always friendly greeting upon arrival. Hope to return next year.
I was a guest celebrating a wedding and the hotel is clean, pools super well taken care of, the lunch served by the pools catered by Malibu Farm one awesome experience, the salmon sandwich delicious and the waiters were fantastic. The staff of the hotel were very professional, I personally thank and commend the care and professionalism given by Shevonne Jeremiah. Thank you 😊 for your time and as I am thanking you the Eden Rock Hotel is a better hotel because of your dedication to them and to your guests. Thank you!
Had a outstanding weekend getaway! Checked in early and went to lunch then came back and went to the beach. The pool area and beach is outstanding and so clean. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the sushi at Nobu restaurant. Even ordered room service and the food was amazing. I have to say I have had one of the best experiences in Miami and honestly never wanted to leave the resort, everything was here. The staff were very polite, helpful and assisting during our stay. I would recommend this place to friends and family! Oh, and you have to order their beautiful coconut drink as well! The hotel staff and service was top notch, enjoyed everyone we spoke too on assisting our accommodation! Definitely coming back soon.
Well, I was walking down Collins Avenue and I saw the Starbucks logo in the window. I went in, the doormen were very courteous and held the door for me. I took a left and went to the counter and ordered a Venti Misto with dark roast and sugar free vanilla syrup. I got the milk steamed at warm temperature so it wouldn't burn my mouth if I drank too fast. I then walked back out and those same guys held the door for me and told me to have a wonderful day. So far I am doing just as they told me.
I was very impressed with the service I received and the hotel as a whole. We traveled during the busy Memorial Day weekend. The room King Tower suite was wonderful with an even better view. We had a slight issue with the room but it was immediately corrected and we were more than compensated for the slight inconvenience. The breakfast buffet was amazing and a must try. Breakfast was approx. $30 per person but more than worth it.
I defiantly will stay here anytime I return to Miami.
Let me describe each point in few words:
- Front desk: indifferent and rude
- Bell man: hard to find
- Food (room service and restaurant) - sodium overload
- Room service: over an hour to bring bucket with ice
- Beach service: slow and I wasn't even sure if the towels were clean
- The ONLY server on the beach was the ONLY human at this hotel that seem to be not a sleep and working hard. And oh, boy, did he has to! - Over 100 hungry patrons to serve...
- Rooms: if you book "direct ocean view" DO NOT settle for floors under 7, otherwise you will have a direct "rooftop view" instead.
- Was anything good about this hotel? - Yes: the beds and the pillows were quite nice. If you booked a balcony room with direct ocean view facing south - it is quite a delight (yet aim for floors 12 and up)
- Lobby bar: even if you would want to get a drink - you are not going to. Although it is fully stocked and prepped, we never saw a bartender.
- Lobby lounge: dead.
- Will I visit again? - highly unlikely
