My grandmother was looking to purchase a new vehicle for the first time on her own. They were very helpful and patient. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. This business has used in our family for a long time. "Papa approved"

Very helpful, unfortunately the truck I was looking at was sold before I arrived, showed me several others and we test drove them. Would definitely visit again if I'm ever back in the market.

If you show up without appt, good luck getting service that day. Even with an appt, be prepared to spend your day here.

Took my 2012 f350 in for what I thought was a leak and was told I needed tires. Ok, I knew that so they gave me a price we negotiated a little. The parts guy gave me his "out the door" price" of $1,170.. I go to get my truck and who gives an out the door price if you don't include taxes, installation and other fees. Also did a excellent job of scratching up my aluminum wheels. Then on the bottom of my receipt they were sure to write "no free rotation". So I'd have to say. Pretty sorry place to do business with. They'll never get another penny from me.

After much difficulty in a search locally for a very specific vehicle, I made the 300 mile trek to Georgia after speaking with Neal over the phone. Vehicle was as described and everyone was super nice. Much different than the high pressure and dishonestly I found when dealing elsewhere. After describing my previous difficulties Neal ven held the vehicle several days with no deposit which spoke volumes to me personally. Thanks again guys.

Went in looking for a truck they didn't have exactly what I wanted that day but they worked very hard to find me the perfect truck.through out the process not only Did I receive calls and updates from my salesman Levi, but Neil and Brian Murdock both stayed in contact with me until the right truck was found. Went in and bought it and love it. I recommend these guys to everyone.

My wife and I are down from VA visiting my mother in-law in a nursing home. We make this trip every month which takes about 9 hours. We had our oil changed in VA before our trip and noticed an oil smell once we were here. We checked the oil and there was no trace of oil on the dip stick. We went to Eagle Oil Change to have it checked. They suggested we go to Ed Murdocks in Lavonia because they are a Jeep dealership. We called and they said to come on over. Once we arrived, we were helped by Kim in the service department. She listened to our story, showed us to the waiting area and made us feel right at home. She came back moments later with a quick update which was then followed by the repair technician who indicated that the oil filter was installed incorrectly and cross-threaded and they needed to replace multiple parts. This wasn't a quick, easy or inexpensive fix. Kim helped us get a rental car, they ensured they had the parts in hand and sent us on our way while they worked on our car. Because this issue was caused by the company that changed our oil in VA, Kim is working to have that company pay for the repair that they caused. We are very happy with the help and assistance that we received at Ed Murdock and will not hesitate to return here when in GA. The entire service department staff is very caring customer oriented.
