If you could steer away from his business, I would. Unfortunately, we had to have him appraise our place because of our banking, but we caught multiple mistakes that we had to get it rebutted because there was so many errors and mistakes very unprofessional and made us uncomfortable. Very poor quality of work and poor value he did on our place. Do not hire him.

Working with Ed has been a complete waste of money and time. We payed Ed $450 to appraise our house. Ed committed to delivering the report in 1 week and when he missed his deadline he was unresponsive. After pestering Ed for another week he delivered a shoddy appraisal report with multiple errors and is unresponsive to request for update. We have hired a another appraisal for $1,000. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY AND TIME WORKING WITH THIS 'REAL ESTATE APPRAISER'.
