Eaton Bikes is hands down the best bike rental shop in all of Key West. Awesome customer service, speedy delivery, and overall extremely accommodating. We do a trip to Key West every year, and have used them repeatedly. Your won’t go wrong with Eaton!

There was Hitler, Stalin and now the owner if eaton bikes. While visiting key west we decided to give biking a try. where the staff and equipment were great, the way the owner treated myself and her staff was inexcusable. Made my visit extremely uncomfortable.

Best,most convenient, most reliable shop on the Island. They will deliver and pick up your bike from anywhere on the Island. If you have a Flat tire,they will come and repair.

Every time I come to Cayo Hueso, my bike acts upflat tire, loose chain, bent spoke. This time it was a flat tire. Chris and his crew knocked it out while I waited. After the test spin, Chris says "Your crankset has seen better days" So for $50 bucks, got it replaced, again, while I went to Half Shell for lunch. Highly competent, reasonably priced, good people. Go to Eaton Bikes.

Started off good with a drop off and easy instructions for return. Then after we left the bikes locked as instructed, the staff called my wife yelling at her saying the new bikes we were given were "just" stolen, all of which was not true. After some threatening and insulting talk they called back to say they found the bikes with no apology or reasoning. Use any other company!!!!

On the electronic receipt it specifically says free drop off and pick up in Key West. That is not true. My party was denied pick up 2 blocks from their location at Turtle Kraawl. We were charged an additional day and it was full price not 10 dollars extra. My party felt cornered into paying that separate charge. The bikes were low quality and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes in the shop so they could go get their bikes from other locations. The only positive was the customer service by the bike mechanic.

Two of my friends and I got a few days off so we decided to rent bikes. I definitely would have gone somewhere else for business if I would have known in advanced how snarky and rude the lady at the front desk would have treated us. Being servicemen when just went on about renting them anyhow thinking she was tired of dealing with tourists and kids all day (wasn't the case) the guy that actually strolls the bikes out to you is super nice and a great and friendly person. The lady at the front desk was still rude as ever when we turned the bikes in. As if it was a disservice to her that we gave her business. Will never be going back again.

The staff is knowledgeable and always eager to help. Ask about drop off and pick up service for the bikes. But if you get a chance to go into the shop make sure to poke around!

The beginning of June our family rented 10 bikes for a family vacation. We rented 5 trikes, 5 bikes and a child trailer. The customer service was superb!! Chris was on time for delivery and explained bike rules for Key West. The bikes were delivered and picked up by Chris and his associates. Which was a wonderful convenience. We did have one flat while going to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park. Chris was there within 10 minutes with a new bike and we were back on our way. Using the bikes for transportation around Key West was wonderful but the experience was even better due to Chris and staff. Many thanks.
