This place has been great so great. We have had all 3 of our dogs seen here. We also recently had 2 of our dogs boarded here. They were so great with them both, one being our skittish rescue husky that they gave extra love and attention to. It was their first time being away from home, and the vet tech and staff were amazing and communicated with us thoroughly about their stay.

So much appreciation to the staff here! Thanks!

My daughter went in today to take her puppy Dell for a check on her sutures following her surgery. She was advised to go in three days following her visit, today is five days following due to her work schedule when she went in. Once she got to the clinic they were advised they could wait in the lobby, they waited 1hr 20 minutes when she asked how long the wait time would be as 3 people that came in after her were seen. A woman walked in and said she called ahead and was immediately seen; we were told previously they are a walk-in clinic. She was also told repeatedly these people were “waiting in the car” before her. Once her dog was called they took the dog from her arms to the back of the clinic we’re she was supposedly seen for a total of 5 minutes. No report was provided after just a “yeah it looks good.” Following this they told her they would remove the staples 14 days later which was never explained or advised first visit. Then, she asked the manager (Lynette) about the process of having animals seen and she stated that unfortunately she doesn’t have that many “vet techs” at the moment to see animals. The problem is that several items were not communicated properly and poor customer service was to blame. Why did the person at the front ask several questions regarding the visit, weren’t there notes or documentation on the next necessary step? Why were they not advised as soon as they entered the clinic on the wait time, process? While sitting there another woman was clearly also upset because she was waiting to board her dog and the communication was non-existent and she repeatedly had to inquire. As a manager the customer should be communicated with and there should be an opportunity for every customer to speak to the vet if need be. An hour and a half wait to be seen and supposedly looked at for five minutes should never merit this long of a wait. It’s sad because our family really enjoyed this clinic and were excited to share its service with others but now we will be taking our business elsewhere. I hope the vet is able to realize his office staff needs to understand communication is essential and necessary for customer satisfaction.

Found a stray and decided to keep him, brought him here for vaccinations, fiv tests, microchipping and neutering. Staff was very polite, explained everything they recommended and took time to answer any questions I had. My kitty fry was given back to me happy and healthy. Service was quick during weekday mornings.

We have been taking our puppy, Bruno, here for the last year and have been provided with excellent service each time. As first time pet parents, we have tons of questions and they make sure to answer all of them throughly. He was recently neutered and the staff was so patient in explaining every detail. Elton and Monique took great care of our anxious baby! Thank you!

I am from DFW and I'm currently in El Paso for work. This morning I noticed my 6 month old female puppy began showing signs of a UTI. As a former vet tech I know veterinary medicine pretty well. We came in expecting a urine sample to be taken to confirm the UTI and some antibiotics. Instead, the vet decided that my 6 month old puppy was "too young" for a urinalysis and was going to treat her purely based off of her symptoms. They gave her a penicillin shot in between the shoulder blades. Penicillin does normally sting a little bit when it is first injected however, my dog was SCREAMING, I mean writhing in pain all the way out to the car. She was in so much pain she proceeded to try and bite my significant other as he slowly removed her harness once she was back in my vehicle. This behavior is absolutely not like her at all. When I walked back into the clinic concerned as this is NOT a normal reaction to a penicillin shot, the staff laughed at the fact that my dog could be heard crying out and whining from my vehicle. I was extremely uncomfortable with the fact that the vet would not come into the exam room to see my pet. My pet was removed from our exam room and taken to the back for the duration of her exam. To say the least, I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. This experience was traumatizing for my puppy and I'm incredibly disappointed. To laugh at an animal who is CLEARLY in pain is so disgusting. The staff here should be ashamed. I DO NOT recommend this vet clinic whatsoever. Do better Eastwood. Very disheartening.
