My first introduction to Eastlight Dental was via Jordan, the front office Patient Care Coordinator. Jordan is extremely polite, professional, timely, solution-centered and proactive. Her sincerity shown through during my initial telephone inquiries, and it is because of Jordan that I chose Eastlight Dental.

During my first visit, I was greeted by Ashia, the stellar, personable and thorough Dental Assistant who began explaining the initial procedures for my visit. Thereafter, I met Dr. Edmund Thomas whose expert analysis and comprehensive answers to my queries were answered sincerely and without hesitation. Additionally, he offered a responsive, albeit temporary, prescription to a challenging dilemma.

I concluded my visit speaking to Mallory, Eastlight Dental's Treatment Coordinator who patiently and aptly explained my upcoming treatment plan options, Eastlight Dental's discounted payment plan, and additional procedures with grace, and good humor. To top off this visit, the facilities are immaculate, attractive and inviting. All of these factors made my visit to Eastlight Dental a comforting experience.

My husband and I wanted a new dentist and found Eastlight based on great reviews. The reviews were correct. We both had wonderful experiences at separate appointments. We were given a lot of information and explanations for our teeth and gum health and options for what to do next. They even gave very detailed costs for the work being planned. The dental hygienist, Shara, was the absolute best and very thorough.

The staff is amazing. Very friendly environment. Dr. Thomas is great and very informative. Willing to explain my dental treatment plan and answer all my questions/concerns. My Hygienist Sahara is very nice and did a great job cleaning my teeth. I never had a teeth cleaning this great. I left out with my teeth feeling clean and refresh. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Went to Eastlight Dental for a routine cleaning and I must say I was impressed. The place was well kept (nice, neat and clean) and overall very pleasant. But let’s get to the real reason for this review… Shara! Shara did an amazing job comforting my grow self throughout my cleaning. She provided me with as much detail as I requested and was overall just pleasant to work with. I do not like the dentist at all but by the end I was hugging and thanking Shara. I am actually looking forward to starting and being consistent with my dental care knowing I will be working aside Shara in the process. Great job team!
