They are the most dumbest people I went to register my utility trailer with the title, insurance, everything and the idiot ask me what was the make and I told her is a damn utility trailer that what ever the title said is It. But the idiot said that she wants a make then I send her to hell and went to the other RMV with no problem. If you want to waste your time go to this RMV

If I could give them a negative review I would. I was there getting my 16 year old son a new permit as his name was misspelled by the registry and cost me an additional $15 for their mistake, But that's not what my complaint is about. Saddly we come expect to wait at the registry so that isn't even my complain either even though we were there for an hour and a 1/2.

We approached when our number was called, told the woman why we were there she and she took my $15, then reprinted the permit exactly the same way which was wrong. When we pointed out her error she called a supervisor who is trying to help her on the phone,

The woman in the next cubicle then started yelling at her because she was taking too long, got up from her chair came over to try and help her and she reprinted the same permit, exactly wrong again..so much for 2 supervosirs helping. Then she yelled at us to sit down because she had it to wait on someone else behind us. Really we we called up 1st but your going to make was wait, still keeping our composure although we were losing patience, we did as we were told, as you have no other recourse or choice and after she is the supervisor.

Then we were called up to a different window and a 3rd woman slid the paper cross and very rudely said change the date, the birthday is wrongto which I responded no it is not.it is absolutely correct. Then barked at me, then why are you here. So now for the 4th time we try to explain and she says stop yelling at me.. which I was not yelling out of her. I also try to explain how exasperated we are having dealt with 4 different women and not having the problem not be corrected and redone, already still the wrong way 2xs.

Then rudely she says, well I am trying to help you and she hands me somebody else's paperwork. I wanted to lose my temper but I did not I slid the paper back across the desk to her and she said don't throw that at me. To which I replied I did not throw that at you, although I'd like to, this is not even our paperwork! Now the 2nd woman and supervisor that we were dealing with prior, the one who made us sit so she could wait on the person who was behind us..chimes in and starts yelling across her desk into that 3rd cubicle and wants to know why things aren't getting finished up. This place is a joke.

There's no courteous service between employees, there's no courteous service between employee and customer. And these people have no accountability whatsoever. They could probably reach over the counter and slap you and nothing would happen.

How does this business exist when it's terrible. I don't get it but there are no repercussions. If it were any other business there would they would be out of business.

This is worst service EVER How do these people get to keep their jobs, Why do we have to put up with this abuse and abuse of power. Back to the woman in cubicle one who is left alone probably would have figured out with the person on the phone she looked so abused I felt sorry for her.

I want to know how a guy like Phil keeps his job as one of the most rude and unprofessional guys to give a road test or work at any dnv I have met.I have traveled over 3 hours for my daughter to take our car to take a road test.As most people are nervous before test then to deal with his unfriendly personality right off the bat is ridiculous and uncalled for.Right off the bat my wife was out in the car writing my vin number and he rolled his eyes because we didn't have paper work right when he wanted.Sorry I am sure everyone knows it by heart!Since we are from Vermont she was not allowed to take test cause I admit in the manual they needed my original copy of insurance but don't be a jerk cause I didn't have it by grabbing my daughter paper work and go failed make another appountment.I told her on way home that his attitude he would have failed you .Reading other comments on this post I still can't understand how he has this job.Like I said earlier people are nervous enough without having this Masshole giving this test! Ridiculous!

The guy Phil who gives the road tests is a racist and all around terrible guy to be around. I don't know how they haven't fired him. While he did pass me on my road test, the experience of having to deal with him was one I will remember forever because he's just that awful of a guy. Definitely seek other locations to go to avoid him. If I knew ahead of time he would be rude to be and to my mother right off the bat I would have never come.

Can't even get on the phone with someone so I know what to bring so if I don't have all of the correct paperwork I won't be wasting my time, their time, and the people who are waiting behind in line behind me's time. Instead they told me they could call me back any time between tomorrow and next week I have all day off today so this doesn't help me. I guess I will be going there and waiting in line for an hour+, hopefully they don't tell me I don't have everything I need and I should come back later or I will be very pissed off.

Came for an out of state license conversion, and it was really quite a pleasant experience. I'm sure it help a lot to have done the online form. But late in the day around 4pm I was in and out under an hour

Do not go there if possible. There is someone over there who assumes himself as God. He would say to you, "Never come back here for the road test again, You will never PASS". If he does not like you. Seriously! Very annoying and rude! Unfortunately, I had to evaluate this place as 1-star. Otherwise, I could not post this.
