We have been shopping at Eastern Shore Cycles since we found them in 2010 while my husband was on a business trip to the area. Anytime we were back in the area, we have made a point to stop by and do a little shopping. Over the course of the years, they had equipped us with everything but our bikes which we purchased in our hometown some 250 miles away. We have grown so comfortable with their outstanding service, we jumped in and purchased two bikes from them this month and a second bike rack. First, they are extremely knowledgable about their products and beyond patient with those of us that have lots of questions before making a purchase. Secondly, as I mentioned earlier, their service goes above and beyond to make sure the customer has a positive experience. It is this above and beyond service that made it make sense that we purchase our bikes from them and when we are in the area they can service our bikes. Lastly, what they don't have in stock, they can get in the store in short order. Do yourself a favor and give this fabulous bike shop a chance to win your business.
