I went to this store to get some work done on my compound bow. I met all of the staff and they all were extremely polite to me. The bow tech by the name of Hunter was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about his trade and was very easy to talk to. His professional work ethic was appreciated as well as his exceptional customer service. The lady at the front held the door for me on the way out because I was carrying a few things. All the fellas behind the gun counter were also very friendly and fun to talk to.
I don't understand why this place has such poor reviews by a few people. My experience has always been great and I plan on going back in the future.response / report this review -

What a waste Eastern has 2 guys standing behind the gun counter I walked up to the counter and walked back and fourth twice, made eye contact with both of them and then stood there w my hands in my pockets just staring at guns. Neither one even acknowledged me. Just bullshitting with their buddies talking about how much they don't deer hunt anymore. Oh well their loss. I'll buy my guns from somewhere else.
I have bought a bunch of stuff from their fishing section. They got a pretty good selection of inshore and offshore stuff. The gentlemen in that section are very helpful if you need anything. The only thing they are lacking is large quantities of fishing line for offshore trolling.response / report this review -

This is a very nice, clean and well stocked outdoors store. They have everything there from guns, archery, fishing, gear and clothing. They are pricey but in line with other retailers. The big advantage here is the local knowledge and personalized service offered there. I recommend you give them a try. If you are a salt water fisherman, you will likely find everything you will need.

Excellent store with almost everything you can want or need from guns/ammo to water sports gear and clothing line of PFG and Columbia apparel. And last but not least. Fishing gear, worms, bait, mud minnows, everything.

The rifle I bought online is not the rifle they handed me at the weapons counter. I'm happy with the rifle, its just not what I paid for. No exchanges and no returns or adjustments after a problem is discovered is standard practice so double and triple check what you buy. There are a lot of brands and tons of models with very little difference between them. So if you buy online print out the description of the item and the receipt take a few extra minutes and check all the product numbers and model numbers before you walk out that door.
