  Hey don't be fooled by the high review rate! I think this was done by the staff! The female doctor there is very rude with her clients! The first day I came she acted like if she's nice! Then she gave me two types of back belts that I didn't need and billed them to my insurance! The second appointment she did even answer me when I said hi! When i was done from the appointment she rold me she will cancel my massage appointment the second day because she asked me to change the therapist for no reason so because I didn't agree she punished me by canceling my appointment. She extremely dealt like unprofessional. She is very big headed woman.

  This place is amazing. The doctor and staff are amazing and it is absolutely true that they aim to help their patients. They took so much time with me to help me with my situation. Every step they took they made sure to explain and also make sure I understood and asked if I had any questions. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Body Balance Physical Medicine. This was the first time I had ever had accupunture, they were very gentle. Body balance physical medicine also gives so many services, Accupunture, chiropractic, massages and definitely a loving environment. I can not wait to get my massage.

  I absolutely love this place and the staff! I came in with extreme pain from our car accident, having them help me within 4 days, has gave me more relief than UAP has in a month. They are so friendly and work with you. I couldn't ask for anyone better. Thank you 😀

  Dr. Houtz is such an amazing woman. I have been going to her for a while now. It is amazing how she takes on each client with her heart. I suffer from fibromyalgia, I have been suffering with it for years now, my pain level is quite high. She takes her time listening and talking with you. She then explains the best treatment for you. She has brought my pain down almost to a tolerable level. She has helped with my anxiety, my depression, and tinnitus (which is gone)!!
  Doc's staff is so wonderful. I just couldn't get by without her.

  I have been having pain for over 9 months. I went to a general practitioner, had x-rays done, and no relief from the pain just endless bills coming in the mail and a worthless prescription.
  
  The staff at body balance are not only well educated, but they are very accommodating to your needs and work with you to get the problem solved. They are committed to helping you through your problems and make you feel comfortable at all times. I never feel rushed or hurried when I go to their office.
  
  You have nothing to lose when going here, except for pain and discomfort. A personal thank you to the Doctor and staff at Body Balance Chiropractor.
