Great experience! Dr. Patel and his staff provided excellent care for my son. He's doing very well and having minimal discomfort. Dr. Patel even called that night to check up on us. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place! Such a kind, bright staff. From the moment I had my consultation I could tell I was in the best hands!! They definitely take pride in making sure you feel comfortable. I was nervous about my wisdom teeth extraction, however, they made me feel more calm with casual small talk & also let me know I had nothing to worry about! And I didn't! The procedure went so smoothly and I'm feeling great! & my surgery was just this morning. Dr. Patel even called me at the end of his (I'm sure very busy) work day to ask how I am doing. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable experience. Thanks everyone!!

I really did not enjoy my 13 yr old daughters experience here. Granted the teeth extractions we went in for was a success.
The doctors did a great job. (Her dentist I opted to take her to after our experience at this location later told us.)
It was the lack of consideration for the my concern as a parent that worries me.
Once we arrived and were checked in, we were called back to start Surgey my daughter was pulled in one direction and I another.
My daughter was feeling afraid and I wasn't given a chance to tell her it would be ok.
I was under the impression we would see each other before they started.
I was taken in a room to watch a video of how to care for her once the the surgery was over.
The staff were so loud around the desk outside of the door I could barely hear the video.
After it was over I copied the link so I could watch it later with her.
When I ask to be taken to my daughter I was ask to wait up front.
When I asked why they said nobody was allowed in surgery.
I asked how long she said over an hour and a half maybe.
I was told 30 minutes in my consolation in a before appointment.
So I asked why the extra time she said for the medication to weigh off.
I asked if I could go back then she said she'd check.
After 40 minutes of no answers I asked for a time, because by now I have called her dentist for her to be seen by them right after. But she would not or could not give me a time. Our dentist understood the concern and said I could bring her after she was done.
After an hour are so I asked how her surgery was or has going/gone she said she would check.
moments later they said oh time you sat down they told me she was ready. And told me to drive to the port to pick her up.
I get back there and they are wheeling her out in a wheelchair like all is good, with a bag of cotton balls and a perception for her.
I really feel as though if I could not be by my child's side, the surgeon could have at least let me know right after surgery that it went well and she was ok.
And she was resting. Instead of taking her back with no comfort and throwing me in front of a tv then hours later and later pushing her out the back door.

Dr. Hammond and his staff were very friendly and helpful. The office is very clean. Would highly recommend them. They are also affordable for uninsured patients

Dr. Patel and the staff at East Georgia Center for Oral and Facial Surgery - Statesboro did an exemplary job removing my wisdom teeth! Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. The nurses made me feel relaxed and informed throughout the entire process. The staff had a smooth system going, making for an amazingly quick ordeal. When I came back a week later for my post-surgery checkup, the assistant who had put in my IV (very gently, by the way) remembered me personally. The office was clean and comfortable. I was given a water bottle the first time I went for my pre-surgery evaluation, and a very nice T-shirt my size, along with recovery necessities, in the care package they sent me home with after the surgery. My experience at this center was very positive; I can't think of anything negative surrounding the whole procedure. The actual surgery was 100% pain-free and unconscious, and the anesthesia administered very comfortably. I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Patel just recently did my wisdom tooth surgery and he and his staff are awesome! I highly recommend. They all take their time to answer any and all questions and make sure you are satisfied. I couldn't of asked for a better Doctor and staff to do this surgery on me!

Dr. Patel and his staff were fabulous during my recent wisdom tooth surgery. I was very nervous about it but they answered all of my questions kindly and concisely. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needed oral procedures done. He is a very well-spoken, professional, and kind man. If I could give this facilty more stars I would. With that being said, I'm not really a fan of Dr. Clayton. I find his personality to definitely be offputting and arrogant, but you don't have to go to him. I only got stuck with him because Dr. Patel wasn't available. Definitely the worst 5 minutes I've ever spent in a doctor's office. Honestly, I don't care what he does for his profession. He has no business treating clients that put money in his pockets so rudely. He works on teeth. He's not curing world hunger. He definitely needs to get off of his "high horse."

Dr. Uribe is great, awesome bed side manner!! You don't find that much now days! The reason I gave a 3, is because his office staff sucks at calling you back!! I was given the ok to find my own Dr for referral, (because I was told they couldn't find one) so I found one and when I called to let them know to send over the paper work.it was never sent!!

Dr. Patel and his assistant did wonderful work on my oral surgery recently. Dr. Patel explained every step about the procedure and what to expect afterwards with clarity and patience. The staff were all very caring and took the time to ensure I was comfortable leading up to the surgery. Dr. Patel took the time to call me that evening to make sure I was recovering well at home and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Dr. Patel's competence, compassion and ethics are exemplary. I highly recommend East Georgia Center for Oral & Facial Surgery.
