They don't care about loyal clients. Don't buy an used 2021 toyota rav4 LE . They have a computer problem. The service department won't fix it for free if past warranty. It should be a recall on this issue.

My experience at East Coast Toyota was extraordinary! Mr Rafael Ortiz gave a nice welcoming by receiving us at the entrance. His personality definitely amazing which makes his customers feel comfortable and trustworthy. I'm very grateful for having been able to make business through Mr Ortiz. Came in to Toyota as our lease was coming to an end just browsing for a bigger car originally had no plans to take anything home. Rafael Ortiz was the rep responsible for showing us around. He was very helpful and patient showing us the options available. Ultimately we fell in love with a 4Runner however financially our budget wasn’t fully there to get the car. However through some negotiations Rafael was able to assist us in getting the car out the lot same day! Couldn’t be any more grateful. Thank you so much Toyota but most importantly Rafael!

Just came in to pick up my car. Rafael Ortiz took care of us and 10/10 the best! He assisted my mom and I in purchasing a car and was very helpful and a great negotiator. I would like to personally thank Alirio for his time, patience, kindness and respect. Last year I came in with my mother to purchase a car. I told him what she was looking for and any other little details. He did a great job and my mother left happy with her car. I give him and all the staff members 5 stars. Very respectful and definitely worth going back again.
