I transferred from Addison Trail to East Aurora my sophomore year and comparing both schools is a huge difference. Addison Trail is more advanced in everything! I was called "smart girl" because I had already learned what they were barely learning and only attended a few days before getting dropped because of how bad it was, I do not recommend this school at all!

Pretty good teachers. This place can be very helpful for reaching your goals on passing. I feel the only thing that annoys me the most is the students. Don’t get me wrong, there are some pretty friendly classmates. However, the majority make the school seem very annoying. Seriously! The bathrooms are disgusting all because they choose to damage and destroy it like apes. Not a bad place. It takes a while to fit in though.

I loved this school so much, I graduated recently and it went great, but the one I don't like was the school lunches, it's dry and nasty and I can't handle it anymore. Well some are good but some are bad and it taste like food throwned away at the trash.
The class I like was choir, I use to join Choir when I was a sophomore, it went great and it was ligit, I loved them so much, they seem like a family to me and they're like my life to me.

I attended East Aurora, and worked in the High School for several years after. Academically, East Aurora High School is the same as all neighboring districts, and in some cases exceed in areas. East Aurora has been looked down upon because of its past reputation, and high percentage of low income families. I always tell parents, its up to the student and the family to work hard to insure they are making the best choices with the knowledge they are given. You are in control of your future. Do not let people around you influence you. I too, was terrified of going to East because of the terrifying things I heard growing up. It is not bad at all. I excelled in all of my college classes. East Aurora does a fine job preparing it's students. Plus its culturally diverse:) This is prepare your children to work with any group of people.

Anyone who says they're not proud to be a tomcat is lying; East Aurora has the best environment, and our school supports a hardworking community like no other.

Our football team may not be great but they try and work hard every season. The food is ehh and I personally can say that I spent an amazing 4 years here. Every once in a while there's fights but that's in almost every high school. Its a great place to be at with almost 4,000 students. The kids have a great heart and almost all teachers are great and very helpful. The rumors are not true especially if you hear them from an adult/kid that goes to another school. :)

Most of the students seem friendly, passionate, cool, funny and recognizable. You get to know almost the half of the entire school, which is pretty amazing. There have been some problems here and there, but it's a great place for first generations to experience their high school years.
