Great, Great Sales Team, I have bought multiple vehicles from Doug ! The management has change from the last time I dealt with them and so has the body shop evidently, that is a good thing because they used to be less than helpful and dishonest, I will give the new management a chance though I don't know them. The Finance lady was soooo awesome the last two times I was there.

Need Mechanics That Know There Job

Took in a 2017 Accord Touring Hybrid, the bluetooth wouldn't ring out, basically I was told that the iPhone 6 wasn't Compatible or a problem with carrier. Traded in for a 2017 CRV Touring, problem with the Auto sensing Wipers, again I was told that when on auto the wipers will keep on working even when there is no rain detected. Called the Customer service and asked for the Zone Manager for there area. They shouldn't be working on cars they have no Idea how the functions work. All by the way bluetooth works perfect on the CRV.

Got service done on my Toyota do not buy parts from there needed new calibers on from they called said it was going to be $380 for Toyota parts a piece I asked about after market they said $305 a piece from autozone. I called autozone they where $179 a piece I asked the parts guy why he was getting such a high price when I just called autozone and they where so cheap he says I don't know that's what my computer says hmmm something don't add up so I just went to autozone myself and got parts. The labor is kind of expensive which is expected from a dealership people are nice.
