The boxes I ordered ended up being too big and Durapak gladly accepted the return for a nominal restocking fee plus I had my refund in three days!well worth the drive to save the return shipping! Looking forward to buying next year's and hopefully every year's ornament boxes here!

Super slow pick up service. The worst. The heavy set guy full of tattoos that works there is super slow!. I was waiting for my pick up order to be pulled and i literally watched the guy dragging his feet!! Walking super slow. Very disappointed. Never coming here again.

After much pricing research and for what I was going to get charged for overseas shipment - Durapak was the way to go. Excellent selection of various sizes. Beautifully packed, ready to go clear PVC boxes will make jewelry presentations much easier to make and storage for the client in a drawer easier to find. You're welcome for my business and I will visit you again.

I bought a few boxes of scouring pads with and without sponge. The products are good and I would have love to continue to buy from them, one problem; the shipping cost twice the price of the products. If you do not live in California and you spend $100 buying products; the cheapest shipping cost is about $190. That is crazy! This is the reason I didn't give 4 stars or more.
