Rather disappointed. They carry a lot of off brand things, so happy of their 'great prices' are because one is getting something off made. I haven't bought any to be able to speak to quality. The only time I asked for help, their people were helpless. The item the clerk said they didn't carry (in their advert), that was double checked by his supervisor and confirmed they didn't have, was found by me in a pile. I didn't buy it because it was rather junky. Something I can skimp on quality, but when I'm trusting something to hold five hundred pounds over me, nevermind. In the past I've tried to use their price matching. Even if it is the exact same item, from a place they approve to match, they may not! A bit silly for $10 in my opinion, but free shipping online. I can wait three days for a new scope, I don't need to impulse buy.
So how do they get one star for a two star experience? They have a lock installed on their bathroom stall. On the outside. As in, if one had to privately use the restroom, they could be locked IN the stall by someone else outside, but not unlock it from the inside. If I was 11, I'd love this and the fun of locking people in a stall. As an adult, I'm not a fan lol.response / report this review -

Great customer service! I got wonderful assistance with a shoe purchase. I am disabled and have a hard time finding shoes that fit with my AFO brace properly. Associates asked great questions about my needs and helped me find two pair that work so well with the special needs I have. They will get all of my business from now on. The bonus is that their prices are great as well! I hope they open a larger store and continue to hire great people!
