Mr. Woody and all the dune's inn staff you all are the very best welcome back Mr. Don ☺. I highly recommend staying here the dune's inn is a great place to stay 😊 . Mr. Butcher great review as well and Mr. Hari Patel manager great job 5 star's all the way 🤗.

Very low rate motel. Hard to get to from frontage road. No amenities. Pretty much just a spot to stop and sleep.

I kind of had no other option due to finances but most of the comments were true. I never looked under the mattress. I saw stains on the sheets. Slept good enough for a night.

The rooms are dirty. Wi-Fi is free and strong, there was a refrigerator and a microwave; which makes the price outstanding. However, the professional and courteous attitudes are extremely lacking. I reserved a room for 3 nights. I'm leaving before my third night. There's clearly prostitution going on in the upper rooms and lots of vagrants hanging around outside late at night which makes you feel not so safe. The trash dumpster was over flowing and there is trash littering the grounds everywhere. I noticed a discarded tire and sac of clothes just laying around with no one ever caring to check it out. Lots of people live here. Lots. Also the fire alarm/ smoke detector above my bed was disabled and taped up with a plastic bag. When asking the office for a clean bed sheet because I spilled my water bottle on the bed I was told I must return the other sheet first. I did that. The night clerk tried to say that it was not water on the sheet, that it was dog pee. He then stated that they would check my room for damages when I checked out and if there were any they would charge me $150-200.I didn't argue or worry about it because I knew there was no damage. But then because I wanted to protect myself I took pictures of the bed and room. Not only did I take a picture of the mattress where I spilled the water but I thought to pick up the mattress and get a picture of the other side. BIG MISTAKE: the box springs had mold and the under side of the mattress had a huge tare in it. Anyway, shortly after this I received notification that my account was over drawn.I opened my bank app up and sure enough they had charged me without even coming to look at the room first! I went directly to the office and the guy tried telling me he charged me fee for having my dog with out telling them. So I then showed him my Orbits reservation that Cleary stated dog. So then he told me it's fee for cleaning the mattress that my dog pee'd on and for the cost of the bed sheet! I asked him to please come to inspect the room, that he was wrong. I really spilled my water it was not dog unrine. He refused to come look saying only he would look tomorrow night when I checked out. So I called right away and filed a fraud with my banking institution. Today after work as I'm packing up my things to leave because I decided I would not stay here my last night. The day manager was out and about so I asked him too come inspect the room for damages. He did. He found none, but then tried as the guy the night before did to say it was a pet fee. So after minutes of me arguing like I had no upbringing he finally refunded the money (takes 2-3 days to get it back) but when I mentioned the overdraft fee his only reply was "not my problem".

The management is constantly hateful with my wife, my wife is constantly harassed by the drunks that stay here. The sign says keep noise down after 10 but parties are constantly going on till 1 or 2 in the morning every night vulgar, drinks cussing and screaming and management does nothing. ONCE WE CAN AFFORD IT WE ARE OUT OF HERE. NO PLACE FOR FAMILY OR KIDS. PEDOPHILES ARE ALLOWED TO STAY HERE. Oh and it's $25 extra for housekeeping so the rooms aren't kept up.

Place is a dump. Unfit for human beings. If you like sleeping with bed bugs, then this is the place. Nasty rooms with stained carpet and dingy sheets, looked like cum stains on them. Wifi is a joke, barely worked. And you will be lucky to get a hot shower. Do yourself a favor and spend 20 or 30 more and stay in a respectable motel. Not this one, avoid at all costs. You've been warned.

Booked this room through an online agency. When we arrived at the hotel, we were met with a dirty lobby with cigarette cartons on the counter, and a desk clerk walking around barefoot. I should have known right then that this was not the place to stay, but I gave it a chance anyway hoping the room would be okay.

However, upon entering the room, there is a STRONG tobacco smell, no towels or soaps, and no comforter on the bed. I wanted a refund, but they suggested another room.. which was just as dirty, but not as strong a tobacco scent. Ironically, the couple that arrived shortly after us to book a room returned to the lobby also requesting a refund. I am still waiting for a refund. PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE!! Unless you like to sleep in filth and smoke cigarettes!
