    Duncan had a Ford Certified Preowned 2017 Fusion Energi on the website site with a web price.
    I called and made the deal. No hassles great place to do business. We need more dealers like Duncan. Tim was a fine salesman.
    I drove a one way rental to Roanoke Airport and he was there waiting for me. Picked me up at 10 am, did the deal and I was driving back home by 12:00 noon.

    Service department is awesome! They only do what’s actually needed at the time and will do everything quickly and honestly. Charlottesville is my main dealer and I hold off on going to them because it’s the worst dealer ever. I come here specifically for the service.

    I was in the market for a new car. I wanted to try our a Ford Expedition and a Toyota Sequoia to see what suited me better. I called about 10 min before I arrived and Guy Houseman met me in front of the dealership when I arrived ready to show me the Expedition. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. We went for a test drive and I was very impressed with his knowledge and familiarity of the vehicle.
    As it happened I did not end up purchasing a vehicle there, but found a pre owned 2016 while I was visiting some family. This is no reflection on the dealership or Guy in any way. I just happened to find a 2016 instead of buying a brand new 2017 (better for my budget!)
    If anyone is planning on purchasing a vehicle, I highly recommend calling ahead and asking for Guy.

    Came to purchase a Ford Focus that I had already inquired about. It was a rainy day but the car was parked right up front sitting in front of the front door. I parked and walked to the vehicle and stood looking around the vehicle for 5 minutes and not one sole came out to help. There were people standing inside looking at me. I finally got fed up and walked off. Sad that a few rain drops made the business lose a purchase.

    Well I purchased a Lincoln Navigator a year ago and a week ago my truck decided to turn off with no notice while driving 70 mph with . I had the truck towed to the local ford dealer and after paying $100 for a diagnostic check and they told me it was $1295 for a fuel pump and fuel filter replacement.... I declined this as it is way to much money for a fuel pump. Well after getting it hauled home, We got the fuel pump and fuel filter replaced my truck still wont turn on, I decided to investigate the fuel line more and low and behold my fuel driver module was crumbling away, as this tells the fuel pump to turn on I replaced it at another $100 price tag and now my truck will not even turn on and is worse then before I replaced it. NOW I understand I bought the truck "as is" HOWEVER I would hope that all major fuses, relays and other parts should of been checked and replaced before price tagging the truck and selling it. The module was NOT replaced I will attach a picture, Well now I am looking for the Fuel relay and low and behold I am not being told where it is located as a dealership must look at it in order to tell me. I am extremely upset, this has caused havoc on my children's vacation and I am unable to get to work. I would advise anyone who buys a pre owned truck from this dealership to look under the truck and check for any damaged parts. I am just glad that I did not crash my truck when it shut off. We were one happy Army family with our new family truck and now we are ready to just send it back. Let me ask...does this fuel driver module look anything like a working part? Sure doesn't to me

    Just stopped by to get information on services, and found the service staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Even recommended that I didn't need what another dealership said I did need. Will definitely be back for service to my car.

    Well, I definitely went back and found the service, and staff, to be above and beyond what I expected. It's almost a hour drive for me, but I won't be going anywhere else for service on my car.

    We had an idea of what we were looking for when we went into Duncan looking for our new car. I emailed the dealership the VIN of the car I wanted to see, they made sure it was ready up front by the time we arrived.
    Mike Barnett greeted us outside and introduced us to our sales representative, Steve Price, who was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about Mazda vehicles, personable, and didn't give us the run around we had experienced at other dealerships. We felt like Steve was working to get us the best deal he could. Steve accompanied me over to the financing office where he introduced me to Justin Lane. Justin made the financing process quick and painless. I spent a total of 15 minutes in the finance office signing forms, while I was there Steve was making sure that the car was gassed up and road ready. Since the purchase was completed so late in the evening he let us bring it back for a cleaning and check-up over the weekend.
    The car buying experience can be daunting with so many options and high-pressure sales tactics, you don't experience that at Duncan. They make sure you get everything you want in a vehicle, and if they don't have it they will go out of their way to find it for you. We will be back.

    Steve was so helpful! Spent hours at other lots, looking at used cars, and got nothing accomplished. Only spent a couple hours here and he helped me get a brand new car that I love! Process was so simple. Thanks so much!

    Don Dame was great. Someone had moved the car. He was outside in the freezing cold looking for it for at least 20 minutes. I feel like i got a fair deal for my new ride.
