  Wow!!! This company is absolutely amazing. We are so thankful for their fast response, incredible customer service, and going above and beyond during the inspection. Jessica spoke was here for two hours working on the inspection but also answering in detail all of our questions. I would recommend this company to anyone. They will spend the time to help with the issues. We have been dealing with lots of companies over the last few weeks with different problems we are having and drymore has been #1 to work with by far.

  Just an excellent experience all around. From the Fast response on the initial inspection to the full clean-up after the mold removal. Roderick protected my floors. Matthew and Roderick removed all of the contamination trash completely. Even the mold removal job itself was first class. Precise cuts in the sheet rock and removal. During the removal Matthew kept me abreast of what was going on, what new they found, etc. Recommend them? Absolutely!

  Drymore was very helpful in our mold remediation as a result of the freeze in February of 2021. Our insurance company dragged their feet on paying our claim and as a result mold formed and when we finally got our payment it wasn't as much as we needed to cover everything. I spoke with 3 other companies and Drymore was the most supportive. They worked with us on what we could do with what we were given from insurance. They explained the whole process in simple to understand terms and made us feel very comfortable with the process even though it was a very difficult time for us. The inspector was great and knowledgeable, the technicians that did the work were professional and timely, and the administrative staff was thorough and helpful. We got everything taken care of and we were happy with the experience. The only comment I will make in the negative, and it is a small one, it that the tape that they use in order to create the "containment" areas was super tacky in the garage. It appeared that they used tape and glue, mixed with the heat in the garage, when the technicians came to clear everything out, a lot of tape was left behind on the concrete. It was semi-permanent and I couldn't get it off with out some serious elbow grease. I called them and let them know my concern and they immediately sent someone back out the next day and this technician brought the proper chemicals and spent a significant amount of time removing all the tape and glue to my satisfaction. Great company to deal with. I would use them again if I had to, but this is one of those situations where I hope I never have to use them again. I would, however, happily recommend them to a friend in need.

  We used Drymore for a number of reasons - first, they responded to my call quickly and honestly when other companies were giving me the run around or not responding after Hurricane Harvey flooded our office space. Then, they checked with me weekly while we were wrangling with our insurance company to get the mold remediation work done, which took over a year and they honored the original quote they provided! They recommended a great inspector who came out and made sure that the mold assessment done by another company was accurate. The work was done quickly and well. The crew was pretty good as well. They also did an awesome job protecting our server cabinet that we were unable to move.
  
  The reasons I didn't give Drymore a full 5 stars are minor, but still concerns on our part. First, we were told they would be finished on a Friday, but I got a call early that day that it didn't appear they would finish and wanted to come in and finish on that Saturday instead of staying a little later to finish. I was told that they would have to have permission to stay late since we could not accommodate Saturday. The crew stayed anyway and our General Manager actually helped them finish up on Friday. The crew did not tell us that they had taken all the electrical plates and put them in a little bag that was placed out in a heavily traveled walkway so people walked on them and broke a bunch plus all but 3 of the screws were gone. They covered a bathroom vanity to protect it but must have used duct tape instead of painter's tape and damaged it when they removed the protective plastic. We were not told about the damage so we thought it was dirty and tried to clean it then realized the finished had been basically peeled off. It is not an expensive cabinet but it is the principal of the thing. When I called, I was told my contract states that there may be some damage and they are not liable.
  Some of our carpets were oversprayed and they offered to clean them, but only the areas oversprayed. We had to get our carpets cleaned anyway so we declined.
  
  Overall, Drymore did an excellent job with the remediation and inspections but their crew needs to be a little more careful in their clients space.

  Great company! We needed Drymore for a mold remediation project. They were quick to send someone out the next day and were very thorough with the inspection and estimate. All my questions were answered as to the best of their knowledge and were very informative about the process that was needed to be done. Their estimate was reasonable and less than other estimates that we got. The workers were punctual and work was completed on time. We were kept up to date of the progress and Stephanie from the office was very helpful and always kept in touch. They really made this process quick and hassle free. I would recommend this company and if needed would use again.
