Extreme Carpet Care is phenomenal!I would like to recognize Mr Matt for going above and beyond, this is the 2nd time we used Extreme, and we are beyond impressed with Matt and his professionalism and dedicationhe made absolutely sure we were happy and satisfied with his work, I can honestly say he is a definite asset to Extremewe can say enough about him, we STRONGLY recommend him and Extreme to anyone!he made our carpet and recliner look brand newas a disabled Air Force veteran, I SALUTE MATT AND EXTREME!!!

Matt at Extreme Carpet Care showed up promptly on a Sunday morning to clean our carpets in our rental. Matt was very professional and thorough. He took his time to make sure were satisfied. I highly recommend this company and especially this technician.

Up front pricing, quick service and the staff member was good. However, the carpet was wet it looked great but once it dried it was the exact same before it was touched.

I've used Extreme Carpet Care and Restoration several times. They've always been thorough, timely, and incredibly nice. Everyone from this company who's cleaned our carpets have been dog lovers. Today, Justin cleaned our carpets and I think he did a better than anyone from Extreme or any other local company we've used. Older carpets + 2 kids +4 dogs = he did a fantastic job! We'll be sticking with Extreme Carpet Care and Restoration, and I highly recommend them, especially for homes with pets!

I have used Extreme Carpet Care in the past to clean my carpets, and they have always done a fantastic job. Today, I had them pressure wash my house and driveway, and I couldn't be more pleased. I have used Extreme Carpet Care for my rental units for many years and have been very satisfied. Recently I had them out to clean the carpets at my personal house and clean some outdoor furniture and the service tech, Gary did a very thorough and professional job. The prices are great! James was my technician and he is awesome. He is the epitome of customer service. He called me before the appointment time because he was ahead of schedule to see if I wanted him to come earlier. We agreed on a time and when I got to the unit he ready to work. James was very pleasant and respectful. The carpet had a red stain and he told me upfront that it would not come out. Low and behold he was able to get it out. My landlord uses another company to service her units and mentioned removing the carpet after I vacated the premises. She was so impressed with the carpet she plans to keep it. It looked better than when it was installed a year ago. James is the best!
