This was the worst experience I have had by far at a nail salon! I have given it a chance many times and each time I always ask myself "why did I do that again?" This was the last time and I will NOT go back! I received the pedicure that they advertise as a 1 hour service (which you pay extra for) and she flew through it all so fast, I was finished in maybe 20 minutes! I was very disappointed! I also asked for gel nails and they are the WORST! I have only had them for two days and they look like Iv had them for two weeks. The sides of my nails aren't even painted. They gave me the pedicure and manicure at the same time and the two girls gossiped about their other co-workers the entire time! NOT RELAXING TO SAY THE LEAST!

I have been to this place before and had a good experience. However, I went about 4 wks ago and the technician that did my nails was not a very happy person and was kind of rude. Today, I decided to make an appointment with a different technician. My appointment was for 10:30. I took my lunch hour to go and when I got there the technician that I made the appointment with was not there. The only other technician that does SNS was busy with another client. Bad business. I will never go back.

I have been to this spa a few times. I normally get the gel. She talked me into the "all natural" "S&S" which is similar to gel. I picked out color 351, which was a white cream color from the wheel. I not only said 351 but pointed to the color specifically. The 351 she painted was a completely different color-bumble gum pink. Unbeknownst to me, there were TWO 351s of different colors on the wheel they gave me to choose from. Because I had never had this type of polish, I thought the pink she was painting was the base color. Wrong. When I said this was not the color, she grabbed the wheel and pointed to a different color, also numbered 351. No discount was offered at all and the owner argued with me, telling me the other 351 was THE 351, as if I should have known that all along. Unbelievable. If I were 7, I'd be happy with bumble gum pink, but I am not. $40 for this.

This was by far the worst place Ive ever been for a pedicure. My sister and mother in law and my niece went in for pedicures only to be put in 20 minutes late after making an appointment. Our nail ladies were extremely rude (one rolled her eyes at us as we walked in!) and one of them cut my nail. We were told that they only had water, but the woman next to us received Coke. Really?
Also, mid pedicure, another woman came up and handed cash to my woman, who then proceeded to walk off and come back (no apology nothing) and not wash her hands! She did not wear gloves either.
The kickers though? She cut my leg, did not apologize, and continued to work without gloves. My massage chair also did not work, at all. When I made this known, they did not offer to move me though there were 4 open chairs

The staff here are unprofessional and rude. I wanted black gel nails. They gave me grey and when I complained they basI call told me to get over it. I "made" them fix it, and was still teaches poorly. The one nice lady that did my pedicure made me happier but couldn't do the simple "lines" design I wanted. Horrible. The massages they gave that were included were very good though. I left greasy from the oil, on my pants and shirt. Do not go here.
