  I had a diamond set and picked it up today. I am 100% certain my diamond was swapped for a slightly smaller and fairly lower quality diamond. Please please be aware and don't get your precious gems stollen as I have. Please look else where for your jewlery needs. I am so sick to my stomach over the whole situation, am at a loss as to where to go from here.

You can also shop online and it's worth every dime and mile you drive.   We bought my engagement ring here over 10 yrs ago from Duncans Jewelry 2. It's lost a diamond, needed cleanings & I added an anniversary band & some TLC, I can be rough on my ring sometimes. Each time I take my ring in, I am blessed with great service. I enjoy taking my ring in, I dont drag my feet bc I know I will be smiling when I leave due to awesome service. I won't go anywhere else.
