  I’m seriously disappointed. There were numerous communication issues: mixed up phone number, unsure of my address spelling and misheard my order. All of this wasn’t a huge issue but I felt blamed for all of it. When I called to try and fix the order, I was interrupted and yelled at.
  
  I ended up driving to the store to return the food and the female employee who took the order and returned it said “I wouldn’t want to deliver for you again anyways.” It was beyond rude and I did leave crying because I felt completely disrespected.
  
  Consider ordering elsewhere or pray they hear you correctly. Dealing with this was a headache I won’t repeat

  this place is 100x better than Hong Wah House.
  ingredients are way fresher.
  i cant taste the freezer, like at Hong Wah.
  not trying to trash Hong Wah, but I've been eating there for the last 5 yrs, and this place is just so much better..
  i got Mei Fun noodles, sesame chicken, fried rice, and fried dumplings.
  everything is wonderful. couldnt be happier. cheers.
  (this is all coming from a chef w 17 yrs of experience)

  I live in Oswego, NY but about twice a year we make sure we stop here. My wife is Chinese and she loves it here. Worth the time.

  Drove in from Syracuse New York and I was very happy I found this place. Very generous portions, excellent food, and amazing hospitality. I will definitely be back. Only downside is that I have to drive an hour and a half to get here!!!

  Locally owned and operated for over 20 years. I personally know the family who has been making the best chinese food in this establishment since I was a kid. Very charming and relaxing place to have a wonderful meal.

  This is one of the very best Chinese restaurants in the area. The food is always fresh and delicious, the prices are very reasonable, and the employees are extremely friendly and courteous. What more could you ask for? Great place for both dine in and take out!!!

  The best Chinese Restaurant on the east side, family owned and hospitality is very kind. I really enjoy the General Tso Chicken, crispy and juicy and favorable. Their spring rolls are very good as well, overall I really enjoy coming here with my family. Please don't let any of the negative reviews deter you from going here. I highly recommend.
