I am about 6 weeks post op from my breast augmentation with Dr Horn and I couldn’t be happier with the results! He and his staff were very welcoming and very understanding of my many, many questions before surgery and during the recovery process. Nurse Jessica was so caring and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.I would definitely recommend Dr Horn to anyone looking to get a breast augmentation & I am looking forward to any future appointments!

I am a very happy and satisfied patient of Dr Horn and his amazing staff! I had a neck lift procedure done by him 6 months ago and I am thrilled with the results! Dr Horn is a very gifted and talented plastic surgeon! He was very thorough and precise about what the procedure would involve. His staff at both his office AND surgical center were professional and knowledgeable…they had answers for every question! I must give a special shoutout to one of Dr Horn’s staff member’s, Jessica! I was fortunate enough to have her track my care during and after procedure and absolutely LOVE this person!! Thanks SO much to Dr Horn, Jessica and the rest of staff who made it so pleasant and successful!!

Jess and Erin are great! They made me feel very comfortable and secure/safe. They were so informative and genuinely caring. They answered all my questions and were easy to get in touch when new questions popped up. I am very satisfied with my experience and am grateful to have had such a great doctor and his amazing team of people seeing me through this journey.

Amazing place! The service is always perfect. Dr. Horn is the best surgeon and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have done many surgeries with Dr. Horn and I have always been very satisfied. Throughout my experiences with Dr. Horn I’ve had the pleasure to meet nurse Jessica, she has been wonderful. Nurse Jessica has always been there when I need her to make sure I got what I needed, whether it was for follow-ups, recommendations, or help with anything. It’s always a pleasure visiting Dr. Horn’s office. I had a great time meeting everyone and I look forward to continue using their services.

Had the best experience with Dr. Horn and his team! 3 beautiful kids left me feeling not so beautiful. I had a Mommy Makeover! Breast lift with implant and tummy tuck. The process was easy and I felt guided through it all. Even the initial consultation, we did a scan so you can SEE the work before it’s done! Dr. Horn explained everything and made me feel safe in his hands. Nurse Jessica was my go to person! Any time of the day I could send her a message and she would respond and walk me through home care and ease my mind! It was 100% worth it to feel happy and confident again! Thank you Dr. Horn, Jessica and the ladies in the office for everything! ❤️
