  Dr Casas was my secondary consult. The first surgeon I saw for my tumor was blunt and cold. He immediately wanted to cut into me without regard for the fact that I had a daughter under 1 year old at the time. Dr. Casas was warm and friendly and took everything into consideration and wanted to be absolutely sure about my diagnosis before cutting into me. He really takes his time in every appointment to talk to you, show and explain every scan, and address options and concerns. He did a fantastic job with my surgery and I would choose him again if needed. I'm not the biggest fan of medical city Dallas, but that's another story and another review.

  Dr. Casas removed a large malignant tumor from my thigh 8 months ago. The surgery ended up being more difficult than expected once he got in there, but he did a beautiful job. He is a skilled surgeon, but more than that, he is a kind and professional person. He spends time with me at every appt (there have been many follow ups since the surgery 8 months ago due to keeping an eye on the possibility of cancer returning). He always answers my questions, shows me my scans and explains things to me, and genuinely seems to care. His front office staff are good people who do their job well. I have never waited very long in waiting area, so the office seems to be run well. Also I have never been rescheduled as happens with a lot of dr.s. The back office staff do a great job and I always felt I was taken care of with vitals and scheduling of scans/physical therapy, etc. I couldn't give him and his office a higher recommendation. He must be one of the best at what he does. Oh, and 8 months later my 8 inch scar is fading fast. I think that's another sign of a job well done.
