  The most amazing caring staff ever! Dr Koehler was so professional and an amazing surgeon! He took his time with me and answered all my questions. Sarah his nurse and the anesthesiologist were superb as well! I highly recommend Dr. Koehler for any cosmetic services! My procedure was done on Friday breast lift with augmentation and they have called and checked in with me all weekend! I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr.Koehler and his staff! TOP NOTCH

  Dr. Koehler and his entire staff are wonderful. They all will take time to explain in detail everything you ask about. He is a great surgeon and very caring.
  I have used his services for 2 entirely different surgeries and I am very pleased about the outcome of both.

  Dr. Koehler and his staff are amazing! From the first consultation to the follow-up appointment after my breast surgery, they made me feel cared for and at ease. They have such compassion for their patients and they encourage questions so you're very comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Koehler has such a heart for his patients. His kindness and friendly demeanor were so comforting and I'm thrilled with the final result! I would highly recommend them!!

  Loved Dr. Koehler and his whole staff. Everybody was very nice and attentive and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole entire process. Couldn’t recommend anyone better! He made sure to go over every option possible for me and just wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted but would still look great on me at the same time. Love everybody I met there and that helped me along throughout my surgery process.

  I have had cosmetic work done in Birmingham before I moved to Orange Beach, so I am familiar with cosmetic doctors. I think Dr. Koehler is great for his politeness, making you feel comfortable and always on time. One of biggest compliment I can give him is his honesty and the fact that he doesn't try and talk you into something he doesn't think you need. This quality in this type of doctor is rare and very much appreciated. It is not all about the money but the quality and care of his patients.
  
  I recommend him to all my friends and the staff is wonderful. They make you feel special and important.
