  I have been a patient for the last four years. I have all ways seen Dr. Facchiano and he is a very patient and kind Dr. The technician that took me threw has been there a while and is always very patient and present to be around ( Lauren). I would recommend this location to all of my family and friends.

  Dr. Facchiano, Lauren & staff have shown professional care restoring my daughter's vision through CRT lenses. Corneal refractive therapy is advanced care for people suffering from near-sightedness. My daughter wears CRT contacts at night & then dosn't need glasses during the day! You have helped her come outa her shell by being more out going, confident and improved scholastic performance in school because she finally has the vision she needs to succeed!   The technology used in the eye exam is top notch. All the equipment used is digital which made the eye exam very precise and I felt confident in the prescription that was written. I was the first appointment of the day so my exam was completed in 30 minutes. I have been here before and I would allow around an hour for a typical eye exam.

  Worst eye doctor location in the rockford area. If your going there plan on 2 hours after your appt of just waiting. Its a 3 hour endeavor. Never again. Its been like this the 3 times ive gone there. Its a shame because the doctor isnt bad its just the way they run their business. Dont go there. The lens crafters side is nice tho I recommend them.

  I had the new Clarify exam and it was a great new experience. The staff and doctors were all very friendly and thorough. I would recommend and or all my family will be having are eye care done at Dr. Facchiano & Associates. Thank you again for all your great eye care services.
