Super cool place with exceptional rotating taps. Owner and staff are very cool and welcome to offering recommendations. Only negative would be the prices. 8oz glass off a seasonal Porter was $8. Not sure why the are so high compared to nearby bars. Love this place though!

Downtown Gainesville was in desperate need of this! Great service, excellent craft beer options, and to top it off- bring your doggies! The outdoor seating is nice, too, and you can take your beer with you.

Great place to hang out and have a couple of beers! Gainesville has some really weird ordinances when it comes to serving alcohol so you can't get full size beers, but flights are a great option that let's you try four of their beers in small quantities and they have A LOT of different beer. I'd definitely try this place first out of all the places on the square if you like beer and want a laid back atmosphere. They also offer take-home growlers of any beer off the board! Great deals, great beer, great atmosphere. 5/5

Great service and a ton of amazing beers and wines in the middle of quaint town square. Staff is quite knowledgeable about their beers, too. I can't remember the IPA that I had, but it was definitely on my list of faves (if only I could remember). We tried the watermelon beer but for me, it was too sweet. Refreshing, but sweet.

Fantastic place! Great craft beer assortment, table games, corn hole, free popcorn, unobtrusive tv, indoor and outdoor seating, and bottle shop. Growlers available in two sizes. Food available as take out from Atlas Pizza (they deliver). Frequent tap takeovers by craft brewers. Frequent events on the square and events sponsored by Downtown Drafts. Friendly owner and staff. Tell them Jim sent you really do that I'm working on asking Nick for free beer! (Just joking, unless Nick agrees).

Great beers. Decent wine choices if you are not a beer drinker. Lots of fun games and you can bring food in from nearby restaurants. Staff is super friendly and informative as well.

This place is a great place to try new beer, you can buy a flight or a half pint and then get a growler to go. The staff is super knowledgeable and love beer too so they can help you find beer that suit your palate. Downtown drafts also has more of a meeting place feel not a bar so don't be intimidated about going in you will meet all types here and probably make some new friends.
