    I called this company for a very minor repair. They told me they charge $150 per hour.
    They did pre-authorize my card which should have been my first clue.
    I was initially told that I will be given 30 minute notice before plumber arrives. It was very important to me so I double checked that they would - they said "yes of course"
    They did call me on the day of service and told me that the plumber is on his way and will be there in 30 minutes. I came to the lobby precisely in 30 minutes only to find the plumber already sitting there playing with his phone. He performed the repair and was out in 40 minutes. I asked him for the invoice. He said he doesn't deal with that and the office will send it to me right away.
    24 hours later my card was charged for $463.50. No invoice, nothing. I called them. The woman on the phone (Christina) emailed me the invoice within 2 minutes (so they had it ready they just did not want to send it unless I call to complain). I saw that they charged me for 2 hours of plumbing work!!!! Plus parts!!! When I told them that the plumber was there for under 1 hour Christina actually said that they count the time from when the plumber is dispatched not when he arrives (yes these words actually came out of her mouth). I immediately requested to speak with supervisor. Zero response. I emailed the next day. Supervisor (Eddy Villamil) responded the following "we are charging you for 2 hours". That's it. I emailed again explaining the situation. Zero response.
    I did have text message exchange with the plumber who told me that he already arrived to the building by the time their dispatcher called me. He confirmed that in writing. So I basically paid $150 for their scheduling mistake

    Pay them $200 to come out and check my water heater, which is broken and they can't even provide me an estimate quote to fix within 48hrs. It's now 72hrs later and still waiting for it. On hold with them multiple times to follow up with no avail. Customer service rep Mary Jo Trible is the ugliest person I have spoken with on the phone. Not friendly, not accountable, not reliable.

    They have been very helpful. The prices are falr because they don't waste time and will come out in a reasonable amount of time. I haven't had to wait more than a week, usually just a few days. I like all the plumbers and helpers that I've met. They are honest, friendly and get the job done without delay.

    Jose came to the house about 4 weeks ago, to give an estimate. He came out, but never sent a quote.

    I called several times the following weeks, but never did get the estimate for the job. Today I called to get a new estimate (I now have 2 in hand), and the scheduler wanted my credit card for an estimate.

    But, I NEVER GOT THE LAST ONE, and wasn't charged, and now you want a credit card. -So Sorry, we won't be doing business, and I can't recommend them. Especially after they forgot about me last time. & Who charges for an estimate? (This is a 9-$10k job).

    I called on a weekend and the person on the phone did not inform me of the price difference due to a weekend call. I had the water turned off and there was no flooding so it wasn’t a real emergency.
    After they could not fix my issue after being here for hours, they only capped the pipe- I was then informed that the price per hour was almost doubled due to it being a Saturday.
    I was left without a working shower and no hot water and even into the week and then was over charged from the original Plummer’s invoice. I feel Completely ripped off and I would not recommend them due to the leave out of price information at the time of the first call.
