This is a good dealership, they will help you get in a nice ride. They talked me into doing a lease and I didn't have to put any money down. There a little high on the monthly payment but we love our new VW Tiguan!

Buyer beware! My husband and I came to buy a new suv and we had a trade in. I came to trade in a nice chevy silverado z71 and they offered me $5000 for it because they said they can buy them at auction for that price seriously? That's not even half of what Kelly blue book says it worth for "trade in value". So after that I asked what it would be with no trade in. This salesman wanted me to sign a paper stating I would commit to buying if she could get it down to that price before she even went to ask. That's when I lost it and walked out. She lost a sale because she was pushy and didn't want to walk 10 feet. These people are shady! AGAIN BUYER BEWARE! And NEVER sign anything until all negotiations are over and you're ready to buy.

Let me just say how badly my friend & I was treated at this VW dealer. We scheduled a time to meet in the evening to chat about buying a Beetle and see what they have as of inventory. They forced me into a 2016 New White Beetle, which I told them I didn't like white. So after the test drive, they began running our credit and started the purchase agreement. We both told them we were paying with cash when we first walked in the door. They seem they couldn't understand that we just wanted, we weren't planning on buying a beetle that evening, we just wanted to know our options and information. They did not listen to what we wanted, its more what they wanted :( Stay away from this dealer!! Btw we had to travel to Columbus, GA to finally buy a Beetle..

The salesmen were all very deceitful and misleading even after promising that they take great care of service members they lied to me. I was significantly overcharged and lied to. After confronting them they refused to help.

The service department is respectful and kind. Too bad the salesmen aren't decent enough people to take a page out of their book.
