Went to look at the Kia Soul,late in the evening and the salesman was very professional,not overbearing,answering all our questions,and comments,we came back and bought one,and have been back for oil changes and service , we are happy with our purchase..

Out of the three Kia dealerships I have brought my car too this one was by far the best. The faculty and service are amazing and fully oriented to helping the client. Jeremy in the service department helped me exponentially, working with my hectic schedule to bring my car in, explaining to me in simple terms what is wrong with my car. Very polite and enthusiastic!

The staff is knowledgeable and always helpful with the whole car buying experience. We also use the service department for all of our maintenance and they always go above and beyond to accommodate! In 2015 I was on vacation and my current car at the time died. Since I was on vacation in another state I HAD to get another car to get home with my kids. My husband and I went here to purchase one car but they sold it out from under us. I should have left then. But they had another car that they said was better. We asked for the car fax (no accidents) and purchased the car.

Fast forward 2 and a half years we are a family that moves a lot and we found that the car we had purchased was not what we needed (2012 Kia Optima). So we go to trade in the car to get one best suited for our family. We were not able to purchase the new vehicle because of the history of the car (Optima) that we wanted to trade. The Optima had TWO accidents on the car fax. We knew of one because that happened during our ownership but the other was never mentioned or shown. After some discussion with my husband we figured out that the dealer in Dothan showed us the wrong car fax for the Optima. I am now stuck with a car that is not a good fit for my family for the next 3 years because no one will take it! They took advantage of a family in an impossible situation. And didn't seem to care. All they are in for is the money. I am livid! I will NEVER use this company/dealership again.

i have been too this dealership three times too trade in my vehicle. I was looking for a brand new Kia Soul and they all acted like they werent interested in my business. They were rude and lazy. Will not be back

Great place to do business I know this and the one in Enterprise are owned by the same people but I would skip Enterprise and just drive to Dothan Kia because they truly are the best. They are worth the drive from the general manger Jamie to Vinny in sale to Scott in the service department.

Every time I go there, I get a massive sense of laziness. Showed up to get my car serviced a little bit before 5 and was told it was a 45 minute procedure and they close at 530. God forbid they stay a little late for their customers, even when they are getting paid for it. I'm 8 months pregnant and had just gotten off a 10 hour Black Friday shift. They never go out of their way for me, which is why my Kia was purchased elsewhere.

They seem to push the high-end used vehicles more than their own brand. Don't offer a trade that isn't a sports car or skyjacked 4x4.

I live in Panama City Florida. I drove to the Dothan Kia dealership because I didn't feel the salesman in Panama city went out of his way to get me in a car. Mr Bernard West was so nice and gave the break down of the best deal he could get me. He even said I don't want you to leave until we can put you in a car today. He made sure that happened. He offered me a great deal on a 2016 Kia Sorrento. I left the dealership happy and relieved. Praise God. Check out Dothan AL Kia and get with Bernard West. Tell them Christy Melvin Sent you. ☺
