Delicious food. Excellent service and atmosphere I think the prices are a bit steep but you do get nice portions and excellent service.

Beautiful place. Food was delicious! The waiter was corteous, however I cannot say the same about the usher. He didn't even waited for us to sit. He showed the table and left without any more indications.

The ambience was great form the romantic dinner that my boyfriend and I were looking for. The drinks were great our bartender was excellent. Staff was friendly. I took away two stars because the food was just okay. I remember going to this place years ago the food was great. Our paella was average the lobster was dried out and not fresh

Great food, great service! The waiters were very attentive, they take real good care of you in here which is common for Spanish and Portuguese restaurants. I had the salmon and cheese cake for dessert both were delicious. The decor is pretty elegant definitely easy on the eyes. Highly recommended!

Just OK
Stopped in for lunch and was promptly greeted and immediately seated in a mostly-empty restaurant. Service was a bit slower than I'd like, but the wait staff was pleasant. Appetizer was a scrumptious, cold antipasti I'd get any time I'm in the area. The lunch entree of sauteed veal with mushrooms had a strange taste I didn't love.
Overall, it was a pleasant enough experience, but wouldn't categorize it as a must-go place.response / report this review -

We have dined at this establishment off and on since the 1980's. The food is always well prepared and presented. The waiters and owner are very attentive. We will continue to dine in Newark's best kept secret for as long as we are able.

Delicious Spanish food, drink and service. Highly recommend. Parking and eating and drinking and walking to PruCenter, which is close. Doubt we will go elsewhere pre-concert. Had delicious baked salmon, calamari, stuffed mushrooms, Fish and sangria with my family before the show. Par excellence.

Portions are too big resulting in very high prices. Food is absolutely average at best. Service was very good. I live in Manhattan and don't need to go to Newark for this type of old fashioned cuisine.

The food was really good, prepared with care and quality. But it was pricey. The restaurant is on the list of top 100 in US. The combination of this and high prices made us expect something "out of this world". And as good as it was - it was not extremely unusual or inventive. Just well done, pretty classic menu.

The food at Fascino is consistently the best in town, with all regions of Italy represented. Seating is comfortable and the noise level is livable. Service is professional, pricing is reasonable if at the high end, everything offered--fish, meat, pork and veal, pasta--is fine, and there is perhaps no other restaurant in the area that can be counted upon .

Lorena's exquisite attention to detail is memorable. My husband and I have been coming to this restaurant dating back to the days when it was Jocelyne's. We continue to dine here because it is consistently delightful. We are so pleased that a restaurant of this caliber allows it's patrons to bring its own wine

Stayed September 2015 Really cute boutique hotel. Rooftop views are nice and cool at night with a view of the City. Hotel itself is very modern as are the rooms. The high ceilings in the room make it feel larger than it is. It thy are a good size. Washroom is quite large. No tub. Staff were nice and helpful..

We like bed the garlic infused food that this place has. A large place with ample parking it still fills up with hungry guest who feast on. Portuguese and italics an specialties centering on fish, pasta. And meats. You will grown from all the food here and is a wonderful spot to celebrate anything with a group. Lots of laughs had. And hangovers. Great place
